I really like my new Kitchen Aid Dishwasher. It is whisper quiet, and it does a great job in sanitizing my dishes. I especially like the metal racks. No rubber coated racks that start to discolor and break after time. The inside is pristine and the racks make sense. I can load much more in it than in my previous dishwasher. I am very satisfied. I can always trust Kitchen Aid products. I have a mixer, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

All parts and instructions were easy to follow. All was packaged with care too. Runs quiet and no spots! When done.

The installation was fast and done very professionally.

Best Buy provided an excellent installer who was very nice and professional and did an excellent job of uninstalling our old dishwasher (including removing the house electrical line that was hardwired into the appliance) and getting it out of the kitchen and taking it away. He installed the new one, gave us some usage tips which called up the benefits of the new machine over our old one, and tested it before leaving. You can't really ask for more than that!

This whole scenario is why I'm giving 2 stars. The LG dishwasher probably deserves 5 stars as well as the kind man that installed the DW. I have had my new dishwasher in the box for over 1 year due to our build/remodel. I've been trying to get all of our appliances installed with Best Buy since April 2023. The dishwasher was installed about 2 weeks ago now by a super great guy (Josh) and his son that just graduated from HS. They were both very helpful with the install as well as issues I was having with my kitchen faucet! I recommend them HIGHLY - but have had nothing but difficulty with Best Buy from the purchase of appliances to delivery and installation. STILL awaiting installation of my stove top and no phone calls taken or made by BB to help me out! Probably 0 stars for Best Buy for this!! Also, the LG dishwasher seems to be very nice. Cleans and dries dishes very well! Quiet when running. Again, probably 5 stars for this DW.

Best Buy apparently contracts the installation work out to a local company called MasterPro. First of all, I want to be clear that I am very satisfied with MasterPro and I am really happy with the quality of service they rendered. The delivery and installation are handled by the same professional crew and they even vacuum-cleaned my floor after installation/hauling away the appliances, so there was no traces of them even being there (other than the new dishwasher, of course)! Really neat. What I DO have a problem with is how Best Buy handled communications during the day of the install. I was booked for the 7am-1pm delivery/installation window so I get up really early that day, and then I was just left waiting. Best Buy customer service was useless when I tried to inquire for an updated arrival time after failing to hear from anyone all morning. At that point I was also not made aware that Best Buy has contracted the delivery and installation to a third-party, and I was given no instruction to contact the installation crew directly. Around noon I was given a heads-up by Geek Squad that the new delivery time will be after 1pm. I called Best Buy again in the afternoon around 3pm for an updated delivery window, and was told it will be for another 40 minutes. The crew finally arrived at 5pm, and it was only then I realized that delivery and installation were handled by a third-party. During dishwasher installation I was told by the installers that the old air gap needs replacing, which costs an extra $100. I ended up paying the fee because I really want the installation done ASAP. Replacing an old air gap should be a really common occurrence when replacing a dishwasher, so I am a bit disappointed that Best Buy did not make it clear when I made the purchase, instead of touting their potentially misleading "free installation" service for TotalTech members. Also, since the $100 air gap replacement charge was paid to the installers on-the-spot during installation, I was not able to make use of the 20% discount that would have applied with my TotalTech membership if the service was purchased through Best Buy.

I cannot say enough about Premiere Logistics and Transportation. They were stellar! Their service has set the bar. The team they sent went above and beyond from the moment they arrived, unloaded the dishwasher, brought it into the house and worked with the upmost professionalism to ensure everything was done perfectly. They went out of their way with the hookups and power supplies that required adustments so the machine would fit. They were cautious, very clean and thorough. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an appliance installation. Kudos to Premiere Logistics and Transportation and their incredible team!!!

Purchased this Bosch dishwasher as a replacement for a G.E. one that was originally installed in our home.We love it!!! Its easy to use and so quiet!! Would defiinitly recommend it! It even has a light that shines on the floor when it is running because its so quiet!! We love it!!

Two fellows came out, one was in training. They were great and got the dishwasher up and running. I know was a chore for them and it took longer than they expected. It was not your usual dishwasher installation. It looks great and is level! The old dishwasher was not level.

Standard kitchen counters are 25 inches deep. This Bosch Series 24 fit perfectly. It's aesthetics and handle match my new sleek and clean lines Samsung refrigerator and stove perfectly. It also does not show a "BOSCH" label on the door. I first had a Samsung measuring 25 and 3/8 inches which stuck out slightly beyond the counter top and I exchanged it. This Bosch dishwasher runs smoothly.

The techs were very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. They did a great job protecting my floors and cabinets so that nothing was damaged during the installation process. They also did a great job cleaning up behind themselves.

The installer who came out to my home was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. My issue is with the 3rd party company (non-Best-Buy) who Best Buys subcontracts with. 1. They over scheduled their installer, so my install got delayed by a week. This sucked because I had already arranged time off work and school to be there for the installs of 3 appliances. Their scheduling issues should not be the customer's problem. 2. When it was rescheduled, I was given a 12 hour window––11 am to 11 pm. Who installs appliances at 11 pm at night??? After MUCH complaining, the window was narrowed down to a much more reasonable window of 8 am to 12 noon. However, at 2 pm when the dishwasher and range had not arrived, I started making calls again. I was assured that the installer would be at my home by 4 p.m. He actually arrived at 6:30 and was gone sometime after 8 pm, keeping in line with their 12 hour install window,,,

The installer was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job of installing the dish. He took the time to explain how to use it and recommendations for cleaning. We were very happy with the work and installer. Also, he arrived on the date and time as scheduled, also he called 2 hours ahead of arrival.

Very quiet and works great! I love the adjustable rack. I am able to fit the larger pieces on to as well.

Installation technicians were friendly and efficient. They installed our range microwave and dishwasher. They even gave us recommendations for how we can improve lines under our sink. They were professional and cleaned up any mess. Very pleased with them.

Purchased a new Dishwasher and didn't want to mess with the install. KitchenAid running a promotion to install as part of the purchase cost and the installers were great. Arrived on time, pulled the old unit out and had to refit the size of the dishwasher area. Knew what they were doing and have not had any problems since the installation.

The two gentlemen sent to install and deliver our dishwasher and our clothes dryer were just great. They were clean neat and very aware of concerns for the Covid 19 virus. The install was quick and done very professionally. I was concerned about he install and worried about corona virus . They couldn't have been more prepared or professional.
