Your delivery team showed and said they couldn’t do install because I had a tile floor. They said before I did anything, I needed a contractor to remove 5 ft of tile. They didn’t attempt anything. I just told them to take it back. Called repairman to fix old one. Repair guy said there’s no reason they shouldn’t have installed it because tile was under machine too.

Paid $199 for Totaltech membership since it covered install of appliances. Postponed installation in order to make sure all cabinetry and electrical and plumbing was complete. Since it was not an easy install, installers said they couldn’t do it. So we just did it ourselves.

My March 10th dishwasher installation was fine, or so I thought, until I discovered that the TINY screws in the mounting bracket that secures the machine to the cabinet or counter to avoid movement was done incorrectly. Both TINY screws have fallen out, so now the dishwasher is free to move in and out every time I open and close the door. Not happy with this situation AT ALL.

The delivery guy was supposed to show up between 5-8 pm, and showed up at 9:30 pm. He couldn't figure out how to get the old dishwasher out and left saying he would work with his supervisor to get some help. We ended up calling BestBuy and they rescheduled for a week later. Meanwhile we called our plumber and had them come out the next day and do the install. Cost us a little more, but we got it done.

I regret purchasing this installation service from Best Buy. It's the worst appliance installation service that I have ever received. Wish I bought the same dishwasher from the other retailers or just spent more money to use the plumber that I trust.

Dishwasher was not hooked up because the tech did not have an adaptor that was needed. The dishwasher had a rack that was not connected properly and I can't get anyone to respond to my requests to come fix it so I can use the dishwasher, they gave me a re-service date when I will be out of town and they will not return my calls.

Horrible customer service. Delivery guys super nice, but when I call the store, the manager lectured me told me he "had no justification to help" me. And hung up on me when I asked for his last name. I will never shop at Best Buy again and tell my story of the rude store manager everywhere it matters.

Installation was timely and professionally done with care to address abnormalities in washer cavity. Washer operation is great.

The installers left before I could ask questions and it took me to many times of trial and error to get the item started.

No stars given. I will never purchase an appliance at best buy again. The product is good. But it was not explained that it would be installed by a third party. They could not do it due to lack of skills. I hired a private plumber and paid almost the same cost as the dishwater itself.

New Samsung unit was not installed. TotalTech said the power cord was too short and the dishwasher feet on the back could not be extended to the proper height. They left the new dishwasher and old dishwasher at the house uninstalled. Both are 24" units. Makes no sense. Now it has been over a month with no diswasher installed.

They got it installed and it worked. They messed up my counter and had to charge me extra because the install hit was not good enough for the install.

this installation was not done correctly. I have suspected this for some time but did not contact you. I am 93 and do not use this appliance often , but I seethat it was not bolted in properly. the dishwasher pulls away from the cabinet!! your need to come and correct problem .

Dishwasher delivered on July 16 and the installation was finally completed on August 3 only after a call to corporate headquarters. I still had to finish it myself although the second installer at least got the water to it. Unbelievable that a company that sells appliances does not have a way to install a dishwasher that is only one cabinet away from the sink.

First open box machine could not be installed We had to go back and pick a replacement. It was supposed to be installed last Tuesday. We got a call on Monday confirming the appointment and then were called Tuesday cancelling the installation. The next available date is March 1st!!

The delivery team arrived on time but used my sponges to clean up the mess they made. Had to throw away sponges. They should carry their own material.

The installer came out 2 × 2 install the dishwasher both times it was not installed properly 2nd time was better than the 1st but the biggest thing is he chipped my cabinet train putting it in the 2nd time I didn't say anything to Best Buy's because I'm just exhausted over the whole experience it was not good

The poorest delivery I have ever experienced. The dishwasher was delivered in November, but its still not installed. It has been scheduled for installation many times and canceled as many... I hope it can be installed January 5 as this is the last date we got. TERRIBLE service from Best Buy.

We're very UNHAPPY with Best Buy about their appliance installation "reservation process"!! After purchasing "Total Tech" and after almost a month of making phone calls to MN and visits to our local Best Buy, our new dishwasher is still in the box in the middle of the kitchen floor, while we have house guests for the week!!
