Terrible.

They would leave the house doors open everytime they needed to go to their truck for equipment they forgot. They left empty cartons and trash on counters when they left. They didn't try the new product, they installed and left. Terrible inappropiate service

System shows dishwasher installed NOT

As of this past Monday I was to receive everything and then I wound up ordering another dishwasher because it could be installed on Friday. So I have now purchased 2 dishwashers and have none though the system shows the installation as complete.

Worst. Service. Ever.

Also, I was quoted October 29th as an installation date, and the appliances took over 3 weeks to even be delivered. Beware of appliance purchases from Best Buy. There is zero customer service.

Careless and rude installer

When we noticed and I asked before the truck pulled away, he said, with a really dismissive tone, "it got caught on one of the screws, nothing I can do about that, you need to call Best Buy" and then pulled away.

Different installer, please.

The appliance arrived in perfect shape and the installer let the install screw scratch up the top. Really ticked me off because I would have to look at it every time I open to load or empty. BB plan saved me, since I bought the warranty, the are replacing with a new unit. Hope it's a different installer.

I don't know what happened but the front is bent, the bottom is bent, and the back is bent. The inside parts are falling apart. The installers knew that the unit was messed up.

Dishwasher was not installed

The new countertop and cabinets around where the dishwasher was to be installed were already in place, so when the technician came to install the dishwasher, he told me that he could not do that kind of 'blind' installation. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. I had to call a plumber to install the dishwasher. Was able to get a refund since installation service was not rendered, however, extremely disapointed.

Failure

Worst was the second "appointment" when no one showed up and I received no call saying the appointment was cancelled. I had to make third appointment and received no special consideration for company's failure to appear.

Add-Ons are a killer

Both installers informed me of "add-ons" I had to have, some special valve on the first install and a new power outlet on the second. If I would have had to pay for these it would have cost me a couple of hundred bucks but because no one told me about them I got them for free...So either the Best Buy sales reps don't know about the add-ons or the installation company is lying...

No one showed up either time. Talked to numerous people at Best Buy and was feed a different line of BS each time! My advice, go somewhere else. Wouldn't buy a stick of gum at Best Buy.

The dishwasher is still not installed. I would avoid Best Buy and the company they use for installation "Quality Kitchens" at all cost.

Reasons for dissatisfaction

Two weeks after using dishwasher a screw from installation was found inside. I am not able to replace it.

Unprofessional

I called the installer within 5 minutes after they left, (since they called just prior to my appointment) and refused to come back in order to put the insulation from other similar dishwasher on. If you have to pay for installation, hire a real professional, not these people.

Poor Service from Delivery People

But they never did until I called over a month later to have them pick it up.

Horrible experience

They go through a 3rd party and that 3rd party made a horrible mess of my house and we needed to get all new countertops for my house. Then they sent back the same people to reinstall my other dishwasher and they were not nice to deal with. NEVER GO THROUGH BEST BUY!

Horrible Total Tech Repair. Never Going to Recomme

Cancelled appointment 3 times and when the repair person came, they didn't have the parts. The repair has been dragged since Oct and it's now Dec. Never recommending total tech to anyone and will be cancelling it at the end of my year.
