The tech got water all in my cabinet when connecting the hoses. He left a mess for me to clean behind him. I had to reschedule a new installer to re-route the water lines under my cabinet. This tech did a great job that came last. The review below is only for the dishwasher!!

Had to pay a LOT more on top of the std Best Buy “installation” we paid.

This wasn’t as good as we expected. We are fighting with their insurance company over having our floors scratched by the installer.

Horrible experience. Took 3 different appts (they cancelled the first two the day of for unknown reasons) that spanned almost 1.5 mos to finally get it installed. BB subs out to 3rd party installers that don't communicate with the customer or respect their time.

Underneath my sink is leaking as results of the dishwasher installation I called Best Buy first thing this morning to tell them that there's a puddle under my sink in my under my sink I have to put a towel down I was told the earliest a technician to come out is Wednesday I said are you kidding me my sink is leaking and they said sorry but they work for a third party and that's the best I can do

I purchased a dishwasher 11/12/2021. It was in stock. Dishwasher was supposed to be installed 12/11/2021. I received a phone call the day before and was told they installation was “over booked.” They would reschedule for 2/5/2022 . Two months after the original install date and three months after purchase.

The installers chipped our counter while installing. As of December 28th they have still not responded to my complaint.

The dishwasher stopped working the next day they installed it.

The men who delivered the dishwasher did not install it as they said the electrical hookup was in the wrong spot. I had someone else install the dishwasher who didn't have any issue with the electrical outlet. Meanwhile I was without a dishwasher for weeks. It was a third party delivery company that delivered all my appliances from Best Buy.

I met with four installation team. The last team is the best, they provide many suggestions and do the job with passion. Previous three team didn't do more but just left without explaination for what was stopping them do the installation.

Delivery and install is unbeliveably inept. No shows, missed commitments, conflicting statements on components… just a start. Unless you have days to wat while ghey no show and don’t communicate, I suggest you go elsewhere.

After few minutes they left, I tried to open the the door of the dishwasher, and it was stuck. I called the guy and he replied I had to fix it by myself! After several calls to Best Buy and Geek Squad the guy called me back and apologied and came back to fix it. Dishwasher wasn't in the box. Installation kit, I payed for, has not been used and they didn't give it to me before leaving.

First time they showed up to deliver and install, they didn't have the dishwasher with them. When they came the next time, with the dishwasher, they said they couldn't install. Made up excuses why it couldn't be done. I installed it after they left. What did I pay for?

The First scheduled install , no one showed up (miscommunication) installation 2days before Thanksgiving.. did not include securing the DW into place !! Nothing !! With all the racks full of clean holiday China , I open the door, pulled out the racks & whole appliance tip foward and the racks went across the kitchen floor. Wth?? Goodbye.. went to Home Depot .. got a better price and free install done correctly.

Not such a great instal. It was set in crooked and bugs me every time I look at it.

Driver came in and measured said that there was not enough room and left. Mind you I had a dishwasher already there. After speaking with the sales team I found out that you should remove any trim pieces in front of the unit to be removed. Had the driver said something about the trim piece we could have removed it and had the unit installed. From what I understand a new delivery/installation company is to start soon.

Pretty crappy install. Left it leaking and not it doesn’t shut all the way.

Deliverers could not install. Gave me reasons why and I hired someone else to do the work and install the dishwasher. I would recommend the appliance, but not the installation.

Everytime i order appliances they constantly reschedule and give no communication.
