Product fine Installation terrible Setting up appt was terrible

First installer had 8a-12p window. Received a call night before changing to 4p-8p. Said Best Buy can't schedule for them and women was totally rude over phone. Crew arrived at 8:30pm and left around 11pm on day before thanksgiving. (What a joke). Since they couldn't fit all items on truck needed a second delivery two weeks later. Second crew was far more professional and customer oriented. Shared frustration with store itself.

The installer stated it was a Best Buy policy to require a wall plug which I did not have, so my only option was to pay the installer $160 to install a plug or wait to have an electrician install one and postpone the installation. This requirement was never discussed prior to the installation date.

The installation didnt include connecting water or drain.

This dishwasher was not installed correctly. The connection was cross threaded and resulted in a leak which completely flooded my basement. I have been trying to get someone in Best Buy claims to contact me since to no avail. The information on delivery is not even correct on this site.

you have the worst customer relations 4 diffrent delivery times then changed service date and u can`t two people to say the same thing

The water exhaust tube was too long and our first cycle had an error. The problem is still not resolved, our 4th visit is scheduled for roughly a month after it was installed. We had to wait almost 3 weeks after we bought it, so almost 7 weeks total and it might be all good.

installed 6months ago and dishwasher is leaking. bought all the parts they recommended so this would not be an issue and now my floors are warped. I have tried to get someone on the phone and no luck. Half a day trying to get through. Not happy with Best buy at the moment.

Installers very rude. For the price I paid for the installation, they were very disrespectful when my wife ask if should clean where the dishwasher was removed before intalling the new one.

They delivered and installed quickly but the install was flawed, the door would not close. Had to have them come again.

This dishwasher does not hold as many dishes as my previous dishwasher. This dishwasher does not clean dishes as well. I have found that I must pre rinse everything in order for them to be clean. I have even tried upgrading dish washing detergent. The install with Best Buy was a nightmare! I do NOT recommend them at all!!!! Never ever had trouble with installation with any other appliances until tried Best Buy for the first time

horrible install. Mounted too far in from counter top, I can't reach control buttons, messy at install area as well as outside area, driveway, garbage was left scattered, they left small parts/springs inside dishwasher, as well as on kitchen floor. would NOT recommend best buy install to anyone. Let me know if u care & u want pictures

If you stay home all day watching TV then Best Buy delivery is for you. Scheduled for 8-12 and showed up at 1:30. When I would call the 800 number to check on the status it would tell me they were in route (starting telling me this at 11am). The original delivery date had to be rescheduled for some reason because dispatch didn’t have me on their schedule even though I had an email with a confirmation.

S/B Called Plug it in service. Neither installation team was able to perform this "service". They have neither the expertise nor the legal ability to actually install a machine that requires ANY plumbing work to be done. Had to get a licensed plumber and pay for them out of my own pocket!

Won’t let me leave zero stars - same review as the numbers of times you have not showed up. Been trying to get a dishwasher installed since I purchased it in November. Still waiting. Lost count on the number of times you have failed to show up. You should make sure you actually provide a service before you ask me to review it

Horrible, spent 5 minutes, decided they couldn't do the job and left!!!! I had to hire my own plumber to come do the job!! I've now lost $1800 in lost wages from having to stay home from work on 2 consecutive Saturdays for this, PLUS the cost I had to pay my plumber!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!

sent subcontractor with the dishwasher that would not install. Installation was included since I am a Total Tech member. Is total tech a total wreck?? The new dishwasher is setting in the kitchen waiting for installation.

I actually had 3 different dishwashers installed a d it was not a pleasant experience.

Got "free" delivery, installation, and haul away from TotalTech but dishwasher didn't end up working. No way to get a refund on TotalTech after calling multiple times. Would not recommend working with Best Buy on any appliance or installation

Absolutely terrible! Dishwasher is slightly smaller than the space its in, so instead of putting in shims to raise the dishwasher, they bent the mount to attach it to the counter surface above the dishwasher till they ripped out of the counter.
