I got the install for free because of install issues. They don't advise that you will need additional repairs or parts and permits.

The installers were great folks but I've found that my dishwasher is leaking after install. Good folks but not okay on the install.

I am still waiting to have my dishwasher instslled. It has been over a month now. I need a Saturday installation which was scheduled for 10/14/17 but they cancelled at the last minute and promised me a delivery date of 10/21 but that never happened and no one ever gets back to me to. Right now I'm scheduled for a Saturday in late November because they told me all Saturdays are filled up until then.

Two young guys showed up to install the dishwasher. They said they could only put it in and hook up the hoses & the discharge chute. They could not put the discharge tube in where the old one ran. They drilled 2 holes in my cabinets . I was able to run the discharge tube through the original holes with my last dishwasher.They put a 110 cord on it & ran an extension cord to an outlet. Next time I will do it myself.

When y'all delivered the wrong dishwasher, on your second scheduled appointment, I refused to accept it. I ordered a white one and you delivered same as still. When I called to complain about it, the delivery manager made a joke about me getting the more expensive model. Considering I had already rescheduled this twice, I didn't find it very funny. I went back to the store and got my money back.

My dishwasher was never installed. The delivered. And left saying that they could not install due to water supply issue. Called several times to reschedule and no one ever came to install in any scheduled appointments

If you lean on the door where it starts dishwasher, it starts, about 4x/day

Best buy employees were very helpful in reconciling the problem with our dishwasher. The one we ordered was not the one that came and was installed, due to GE's confusing website. Now we have to wait another few months for a special order and install another dishwasher (Whirlpool this time), hoping that this one has the right specifications we desire. Grateful to Best buy, though, for making it right and helping us.

Did not receive any notifications if/when installation would take place. The crew just showed up at my door. The truck was unmarked and the the crew did not have ID and a less than agreeable attitude. Charged extra to install electrical outlet as required by code. They were going to cut the existing romex back without advising the owner which could impact future renovations. Overall disappointing experience.

dishwasher was installed incorrectly. waited 3 months to have it "fixed", only to have the same installer come. we were very specific about not sending the same installer, since they didn't do the job correctly the first time. so here we sit 5 months later with an incorrectly installed dishwasher.

Incredible incompetence from Best Buy Customer Service. After 11 calls and 15 days, my new dishwasher has still not been installed and staff is unable to schedule installation until system resets.

Install was late, had 'fun' with customer service for a couple hours. Once it was finished, the hose leaked. Yay!

My experience trying to get my dshwasher serviced has been the most disappointing and awful customer service experience of my life. AND the matter STILL remains unresolved. No Stars was not an option!

If there was a no star I would give it that! The installer broke a pipe and flooded my entire kitchen and living room. When asked if he has insurance for damages, the response was no only for the appliances. I will NEVER buy from Best buy again! They do not give a crap if their installers flood your home

This was second visit to correct some issues They also damaged cupboard. Property damage claim had to be filed Thru Sedgwick. 4 voice mails left and no return calls. Best Buy can’t give status or help. Installer also didn’t cover shoes.

It took three people to install the dishwasher and they damaged it doing so. They took the old dishwasher and set it on my floors with water dripping out the dishwasher onto my floor. I never want this team in my home again.

The dishwasher has a large silverware basket that fits on the bottom rack and takes up too much room and even with the Heat on it still leaves the dishes with water all over them inside and out. If I wanted to towel dry my dishes I would have bought one without the heat drying option.

Tech turned on the dishwasher, saw a blue light and said “it’s working!” We commented on how incredibly quiet it was - we’ll, that’s because we found out when we first tried to use it, it wasn’t working. Repair tech said it’s shot, defective, you need a replacement. It was totally full, so I had to take all the dishes out and hand wash them. That was 13 days ago. Still don’t have a replacement.

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher which came with a free installation. The dishwasher is great, I should have known not to sign up for the free installation. Two installers showed up late in the afternoon and did find every excuse for me to reschedule the free installation. I told them to drop off the dishwasher and go home. It was installed the next evening by myself and installed correctly.

Very sloppy install i got screws coming out of the sides and the dishwasher now moves from side to side when you open or close the door.
