The installers were awesome and went above and beyond. The scheduling system on the other hand was absurdly bad as this required 3 reschedules due to the installer not being told to actually come out. Best Buy, keep the installers who are awesome, fix your software.

First installers improperly installed the unit. Some trouble rescheduling.Second team reinstalled and did a great job.

I called after the uninstall team left my dishwasher here and they said the install team would be able to take the dish washer. They ended up leaving the old one and the new one there as they said we needed to fix a valve and left the new one on my garage.

At purchase no warranty was offered, I had to add I was rushed through the whole sale. At instillation A hole was left in my floor in front of machine. I found it when something dropped on the floor and I went to find it. After an 1 1/2 hours on the phone I did get help. A different installer told me Bosch changed their size and there was nothing they could do about the situation.

Upon arrival with the dishwasher, the installer refused to install the dishwasher due to a drip coming from our faucet. He offered to repair it for $90! We felt this was too high, so he left the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen. He did haul away the old one.

Sloppy work. I am having my dishwasher reinstalled by a local reputable business. They cracked the side of my cabinet. The black seal is showing all the way around the dishwasher. I can fit my fingers between the top of the dishwasher and my counter top.

Service was never rendered They just drop the dishwasher and left For the past three days I have been calling Best Buy and begging them to send some one to come and install the dish washer for me. I have paid for service already I will never buy any appliances from them again

Scratched my hardwood floor! Cracked the cabinets! Drilled holes in the inner walls of the cabinets and left a mess! Didn't level the unit and left a 4 ' gap at the top of the dishwasher!

the dish washer needed electrical work, was finished the same day the washer was delivered. it took 19 days for best buy to get some one to finish hooking up the dish washer. i find this unacceptable .I paid for this service and did not get my moneys worth.

Installation was fine but at delivery they backed the trailer into our car, left a mark and never said a word to us.

Not fully installed. Didnt show up for 2nd appointment to correct initial install. Having problem getting refund

guy was a jerk, when we didn't have a connection upstairs he refused to take it upstairs and left it outside

Installer arrived without kit for an install that was more than 6 feet from the sink. All three of his installs that day had this problem. Happens all the time, he said. Why they don't arrive with these kits is beyond me. Arrived six hours late and had to be rescheduled for later that week, where a different installer arrived only 3 hours late. Install went fine, left a mess for me to clean up.

I would like to change this review but the dishwasher did not come with the install kit that I paid for and the delivery people said they were not there to install

This was the worst process. They came outside the delivery window on the FIRST day. Lied to their dispatch and just left the dishwasher in my garage. It took over an hour on the phone to get them to come back the next day to install. It was great burning an extra vacation day.

Inproper install my husband had to fix and he didnt have all the things for install, my husband had to provide.

The package was damaged upon arrival and the contractors knowingly installed a damaged part, now I have to wait for one to be ordered, They told me after they were done that they saw the product was damaged and installed it anyway

Due to the installation of the hose and electrical wiring, the space under the sink is now very difficult to use. Installer said there's nothing he can do about it. Found water under the sink after the installation that installer never bothered to clean up nor did he clean up after the installation

Professional service but to change a valve it cost 165. Seemed excessive when it took the installer about 5 minutes if that.

Our dishwasher was installed extremely poorly by the technicians. The dishwasher itself is amazing but this Best buy technician team did an extremely poor job, and it actually had to be fixed by the next Best buy team that came to our house to deliver the second piece of equipment. Extremely unimpressed.
