The installers come and tell you they need parts that are listed as included. They then charge you for it ( or will not do the install) and do not provide a receipt. They also did horrible work which left pipes hanging in the basement in a way that would preclude my being able to finish the basement. The work was poor quality.

never showed, never called. I spent hours on the line w/ customer service and they couldn't help. Still trying to get dishwasher installed. The first one I ordered in Feb was cancelled the day before delivery/install, and this one aparently was cancelled the week before install and was not notified

Installer broke the pipe during installation. Call the customer service and left several massages. No one call back. End up in paying about $300 for repair.

Love the dishwasher and would highly recommend. Do not love the installation. Installed August 2020. In December 2020 we had an electrical problem that was traced to the dishwasher installation (wires that were not spliced correctly). Would not use Geek Squad to install appliances again because of this sloppy job.

They stated that they could not do the installation and dropped the unit off in my garage and left. He said that it was because the cabinet had to be drilled. We ended up installing it ourselves without having to drill anything.

I purchased the installation service with a dishwasher but it turned out to be useless. If you have a hardwired electrical connection to your old unit, the installers will not touch it. Also, if you have a copper water inlet line, they won't touch it either. In the end, I removed the old unit and installed the new one myself. The installation service is useless.

REALLY DONT KNOW. THE INSTALLER WANTED ME TO PAY FOR ITEMS THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF. I DID NOT PAY FOR IT

it was installed incorrectly and had to hire a plumber...not happy about that

Subcontracted installer did not install correctly. Tried to call the Geek Squad number and was put on hold multiple times and never got resolution. Still is not installed correctly. The dishwasher is great, The installation process and follow-up in horrible. Will never use Best Buy again for installation.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, This is the poorest service we ever had. Said they could not touch copper pipes to install so we had to call plumber to do it ourselves. Will not mention the other stuff that was said but lets just say it wasn’t nice.

They were not so polite and tried to be a little uncooperative. Luckily our electrician was present there and clarified.

Poor service. Didn't do the job. I had to bring a Plummer to do it because he said he couldn’t instal because of a pipe. Absolutely ridiculous. The plumber laughed. Cost me both to being a plumber and remove the existing dishwasher cause the geek squad guy didn’t do what I paid for. He gets a -10

Quick, relatively clean, but did not install a high loop per manufacturer recommendations.

Tomorrow will be the 4th install attempt. Two times they verified a particular install person would be there because he is apparently the only person that does a little trim work. They say he will be her tomorrow we will see, that is what they said last time. I bought this dishwasher on 02/06/19 and this is 03/01/19 today... Not happy at all on this one..

I have had many issues with the lack of installation that you have provided that I wish there were zero stars . It’s been months of trying to get my dishwasher installed that now I’m returning the product without ever have been able to use it

I'm trying VERY hard to get hold of someone at Best Buy to come back and correct this installation. The dishwasher works fine but the garbage disposal is not connected now. I'm currently on hold (for 10 minutes so far) with Geek Squad (trying to reschedule). BTW, your telephone response system STINKS!!!

Dishwasher couldn't be installed because your intall only includes a 6 foot cord . we need a 12 foot cord .....Silly that your installer can't complete and install because of the length of the cord !!!!!!!

Best Buy could not have been worse: scheduled an install and driver said no just delivery, several phone calls of you didn't order it, you didn't pay for it, you need to pay an extra fee, etc. Until I finally got the sales representative and he said I was correct and he indentured the order.Oops! No apologies, no rush to get my job completed, 2+ weeks to get a dishwasher installed.

The installer damaged my countertop. Worst part is he said he would note the damage, but it appears he didn't.
