Installation was a horrible experience, never use you again. I not have a hole at the top of my microwave.

Don't waste your time totally not worth the aggravation Best buy has absolutely gone downhill the third party installation team they use Is absolutely a joke and totally useless

Dishwasher install didn't go very well. brackets were installed backwards so the DW was just sitting on top of the screws. when I opened the DW, the whole thing crashed down. Insulation was also installed incorrectly. I had to reinstall everything myself.

Now for almost 2 weeks we have no dishwasher. Not sur if it is diffective or installation issue.

Installer put a small chip in my counter and screwed the bracket in another area of the counter on in a way that the screw was crooked, so the screw went into my counter at an angle....few weeks later, the bracket is now hanging loose....BB needs to come out and fix it.

-Had problems on October 1st 2020 just before expiry of warranty expiry. We Checked the machine and it was indeed "Made in China" We paid a lot of money to purchase this and it has become useless.

This installation was not completed. After 5 changes to the install date with the final change from a call on October 22nd to change the date to a week later, I cancelled the appointment and my kitchen remodel contractor installed. Needless to say I am highly dissatisfied.

If I could give the install 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and destroyed property.

Dishwasher will not dry dishes. Contacted Best Buy and they said call manufacturer. Whaaaat! Oh ya it was after 14 days from date of purchase and installation barley and I didn't buy the rip off plan to have some Geeks come fix a brand new dishwasher. My BAD! I thought I was buying a decent brand from a reputable box store. Should have paid more and gone to a dealer that has service.

Damaged dishwasher, had to be replaced. Second installation went better

Never happened, the installer lied so that they could get out of it. Had to pay a real plumber to do the install. All the issues the Best Buy installers stated were not true.

Did what they needed to get the dishwasher installed and left the mess for us to clean up. Basement ceiling tiles out of sorts and saw dust from drilling holes left on the ground. Would rather do the job myself next time if I knew job would be done the way it did.

For the 3rd time. I’m stuck with a damage dishwasher. 7 calls to Geek squad. 2 calls to the exchange department. Paying the Best Buy card for nothing. And 3 technicians visits.

don't buy a Samsung fridge. the ice maker is not removable and you cannot even remove it to dump the ice out. it is known to freeze up. You cannot even reach in and get ice if you wanted.

Guys were nice & did try. No install kit was onsite (although ordered) so they used oart new & part old. End result is they removed old dishwasher, installed new & NEW ONE DOESN'T WORK. So we DON'T HAVE a Dishwasher (they said they couldn't rehook old one)

Our technician installed the dishwasher and obviously knew what he was doing. However, when asked about all the dirty prints left on it, he just smeared more on it and said " you need a special cleaner". I was able to wipe them off with a paper towel. He also left the insulation not taped down, so had to be asked to do it. He just didn't seem to have any pride in his work.

Dishwasher not installed correctly, it keeps dripping on to the kitchen floor. The installer said the dripping would stop after it ran a few cycles, but it still drips after 20 cycles and Best Buy has not been helpful sending a repair technician.

What install? 3rd party pacific ??? These are drawer type. Guy refused to read instructions. So I did. Not installed per instructions. Came out left hoses on bottom of cabinet. Thank gosh geek squad members coming out tomorrow to fix it.

The installation was not completed,too big for opening by 1/2 inch. I believe an experienced guy could of put it in.

Extremely poor service. Took almost a month. Had scheduled installs 4 times. Would show or call. Lost more money by staying home then the dishwasher cost. Call and service department very rude. Would not recommend them
