We never got the installation done by best buy!!! We were rescheduled four times. On last appointment, we got promised that someone would call or come out BUT NEVER HAPPENED. Not even a courtesy call was given to us, MUCH less our money refunded.

Not installed properly. Can't open cabinet drawer and washer door at same time

well yes, they installed the dishwasher, but it wasn't level, and my husband had to fix it... so not that happy.

Not happy with the installation. My dishwasher sits crooked in my cabinet. I tried to call to get someone back out and the phones were extremely busy. I left my number so they could call back when my place in line came up. I never heard from them. I may just need to straighten up the dishwasher myself.

I can’t even begin to say how awful this process was . But it was no fault of the men who installed the machine- they did great but BB was awful to deal with. 6 months after we ordered it we got a dishwasher after several promises and communication attempts from us.

Installers did not install it right. It sticks out

Installers show and wanted additional money and no one at Best Buys advise us of this additional cost, plus the first time we go to use it does not work, and Samsung Tech support advised to replace it, will take Best buy more than week to replace it...not happy at all

DishWasher was leaking immediately after installation. I had to fixed the leak myself which was very frustrating when I paid to have it installed.

I will never go for installation with best buy ,as they failed to deliver and install 3 times, 4th time the installation has been done

After installation the DW would not drain. It took multiple calls to get someone out to resolve the issue.

Electricity is inconsistent and it’s hard to turn on washer

No one showed. This is the third time to set today's appointment and no showed. We took time off to wait for the installation and no one shows up, we called to customer service they said someone would call us and let us know what happened in 24 hours but no one called.

They came out twice and installed it incorrectly both times. We ended up doing it ourselves however they dont want to refund the installation cost.

I was told, at the time of purchase, that as a True Tech member that they would replace any shut off valves that leaked. The water shut of valve leaked and they did not replace it.

Dishwasher replaced an older KitchenAid built in dishwasher. New dishwasher installed was too long (stuck out 2") for my cabinet. When I notified the installer of this, his answer was that this was due to a larger tub. Called Best Buy to complain about the install. Best Buy sent out their own installer and fixed the problem. Dishwasher now flush with the cabinet.

Never actually happened! Kept getting rescheduled, then a third party called me. I’ve been on hold probably over 3 hours with how often I have to call. Best Buy’s CS is garbage. You can’t ever get ahold of anyone. The cut is useless and can never do anything you need

They refused to install dishwasher because of the previous dishwasher line had leaked. The repair people were so rude.

The installation crew charged me $208.00 to install an electric plug. The work and simple plug which cost maybe $3 took a mere 5 minutes to prepare the outlet. This left a sour taste in my mouth after I paid $199 for installation to Bestbuy.

Install team was informative leading up to the delivery of the dishwasher and friendly while performing the install. However, 24 hours after the install, we noticed water leaking through the basement ceiling. Still waiting after four days for Best Buy to dispatch someone to determine the cause of the leak since the Geek Squad does not work on Sunday or Monday.

Left without notice or even saying they were completed. Huge mess was left for us to clean up and the unit is either faulty or installation was done incorrectly. Dishes are soaking wet even after trying on multiple settings
