The Installers broke a perfectly good dishwasher. Instead of removing the existing dishwasher like a skilled technician. They installers destroyed a perfectly good dishwasher

Their installer was impatient and had difficulties. In the process, the water supply valve was cracked and not fixed. Closed in under the new DW, it leaked for over a week and ruined all of my bottom cabinets, dry wall, and insulation. That was over $10,000 in repairs needed to put my kitchen back in use. Will not shop at Best Buy again.

Best Buy dishwasher installation damaged my kitchen floor. More than 90 days and still passing the buck. Purchased a damaged but brand new GE dishwasher to be delivered. Received a call to expect it between 7am and 1 pm. Never arrived. No phone call. No text message. No email. Went to store 3 days later and was told old it was damaged in transit and it’s lost

Sent 2 different people out two different times to check and make sure the dishwasher fit and when the installation day came the pipes under the sink were not right, I had to hire a plumber to install after paying for installation

They did a decent job but for some unknown reason they installed the dishwasher with the leveling legs at maximum height as well as pushed further back under the counter. The result is a pretty crappy looking install that I’ll need to try and fix myself.

Can't do a review on the installation as the installation crew never showed up. I cancelled the purchase and I had to make a couple of phone calls before the charge was removed from my credit card bill. Found the same dishwasher at a much lower price elsewhere...and it was installed as scheduled. Will never purchase an appliance at Best Buy in the future.

Damaged counters and refused to install dishwasher. They said they couldnt install it because of Granite countertop. Best Buy said they would take care of it. After 15 phone calls I gave up.

Best Buy's local installers (3rd party company) are terrible. No calls, poor service. I waited a week with dishwasher in my living room waiting to be installed and I called every day. I even had my own professional installer to look and advise it was an easy install.

The service man was very nice but Best Buy sent a damaged dishwasher and will not do anything about replacing or rescheduling for 24 hours which is TOTALLY unacceptable. I called service and was told I would have to go back through the whole process of rescheduling when this is completely on BEST BUYs end.

This was a downer they did not tighten the water line and a lot of water flowed into my basement. Not sure how they let that much water go out before fixing it but WOW! Would have been horrible if we had dray wall and finished basement!

It was not a good experience. The technician was on the phone resolving his billing issue while working. He get annoyed if asked any question regarding dishwasher and installation.?

The site says the service was completed. No, it wasn’t. The new dishwasher has been delivered, but the old one has not been removed and we have heard nothing about the installation.

Dishwasher Installation. Tech was unable to install this because he needed an outlet installed. I purchased total tech and thought it should have been covered. I ended up getting someone else to install this.

We had to have them come out multiple times to get it right, the way they installed it was off balance and causing the machine to always malfunction! After a couple months it happened again and Best Buy said we had to contact LG. My 78 year old father in law finally got it right.

Broke all the attached plumbing. Stripped a compression fitting. Had to hire a plumber to fix all plumbing and could even get the new dishwasher out fit re-installation. Installers left house saying I will need a plumber. No refund or even a follow up from Best Buy.

They charged me to remove the old dishwasher and didn’t take it. Also, they told my wife they couldn’t install the dishwasher because there was no outlet. I ended up removing the old dishwasher and found the outlet they said wasn’t there. Still haven’t refunded me for the removal of the old dishwasher that they never removed. I wish I could mark 0 stars.

They did not know how to install the dishwasher. They stripped the screw used to adjust thee rear legs. They were telling me how the dishwasher is too big to fit and to order a replacement. I waited them to leave and adjusted the dishwasher in place in 5 min.

Had to wait to long. Then cancelled. Re scheduled. Then didn't work wated for another scheduled appointment. Then had to figured how to use it. Installer didn't give me a round on how it works or ran it for demo.

one has to check was sink processor not uninstalled during attaching/connecting the new dishwasher
