The install was on time and efficiently, and well done. The installer gave me a brief run down on how to operate the machine, which I appreciated. The installers were polite and professional.

The main installer was super capable and was able to add an air gap quickly in spite of the impossibly cramped space under the sink. Both techs were super friendly and the whole installation process was over in under an hour.

good delivery to home, pleasant installers, there was some confusion as to how to install unit, had to remove some base woodwork before installer could perform installation Also, installers boss has some requirement to have GFI which is NOT code required.

My dishwasher was expertly installed by the same men who delivered the dishwasher and answered all of my questions about operating the dishwasher. In addition, they took my old dishwasher with them. The small price to pay for expert installation and carry off/disposal was definitely worth it.

3 installers came to install the refrigerator/freezer, range, and range hood. The dishwasher was on back order and 2 installers came today to install the dishwasher. The Best Buy installers are THE best installers. Fast, efficient, polite, and they worked as a perfect TEAM! They explained the use of all appliances. Answered all my questions. Sales person was great. Helpful, Curtis went out of his way to fix everything. The way it should definitely be back to buy more and probably ask for him. If he's there. The boys hit me there every day which is great anyway. Yes, experience was wonderful. Only thing is I think maybe he left off a barbed number 5 when I bought it on the left of the first transaction was reversed to get something different. I don't know, but I'd love to win the $400. Very pleased with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Dishes come out clean without pre-rinsing. I usually do, but I decided to test this product. I was very pleased. And it is so quiet, I had to put my head close the the door to make sure it was running.

While I could install a dishwasher myself, I like know Best Buy takes the responsibility for a quality delivery and install. The installers were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. They even called to ask if they could stop by a little earlier than originally scheduled. This worked out great since the original time was a bit late in the day.

Professional install. Courteous, polite and used PPE as I requested, including face masks and shoe coverings. Made me feel relieved at having them in my house as we have been isolating ourselves due to high risk family members. They were very efficient in their installation of our new Bosch dishwasher.

The installation team that came out to install the dishwasher were very professional. They were very concerned about not damaging property or leaving anything dirty behind. They made sure that everything worked as expected and gave me their direct contact information should I have any issues with the installation. I would definitely use these people again.

Very professional service. Guys definitely knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with their service and there is only one reason that I put 4 stars because as soon as plumber showed up he charged me $100 right away for very small part he had to install "water hammer". I had two installations that day. One was water line for refrigerator and another one for dishwasher. He brought those water hammers with him, like he knew I would need them, but charged me only for one. $100 even. Strange, but since I had no choice, of course I paid him. Any way they worked very professional and fast. Very impressive.
