The technicians who came to install the dishwasher were both friendly and professional. They took the time to instruct me on how to use the dishwasher and had some tips for better use.

Dishwasher works fine, installation was relatively quick and no issues so far.

I purchase a Bosch Dishwasher and I am extremely happy with how quiet it is! The service I received from Best Buy was the best service I had received in quite awhile! Thank you Best Buy for being so efficient and caring about the customer. And thank you Bosch for producing such a quiet appliance and you stand behind your name!

Clemont was very neat and knowledgeable, He made sure the dishwasher was installed and running properly before leaving. He cleaned up all the garbage

This dishwasher was not my first choice (my chosen brand didn't fit the space I had in my kitchen), but I am satisfied with it. It is a little louder than I'd like, but it does a good job. The installer who was contract through Best Buy, Rick, was great.

The installation was quick and efficient. They were finished before I expected them to be, and it works great! I love my new dishwasher. It's so quiet, I have to listen carefully to determine it's even on. The three racks are great, and the dishes are sparkling clean.

The installers came on time and finished the installation in an hour. No problem.

J&W Installations team did a great job; promptly, courteously and professionally. Thanks, Nate! Great recovery from disastrous install by first BB subcontractor. If only they had been scheduled for the first (totally unsatisfactory) installation that was a complete disaster.

We have three installs and the 3rd party team that has come has been great and really helpful. But, the fact that we've had three installs of brand new dishwashers in three months is a complete joke. Bestbuy has been less that helpful. We've taken off 6 days of work (between installs and repairs). Have spent over 7 hours on the phone. Had a flooded basement because of a part that now requires insurance claims and more time off work and again our 3rd dishwasher is now not working after 4 days. Bestbuy has offered us $50 in a giftcard for our troubles. Such a joke and terrible customer service. I gave it three stars because I want to reflect that the third party installers have been great. Bestbuy has not.

Highly recommend for quiet, cleaning, capacity & ease of use.

Kind courteous installers, they were very neat and clean in their work and pointed out a potential problem under my sink while they were here. There was no pressure at all to fix this problem but I did pay extra to get it done on the spot. The $was worth it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because after they left, I noticed 2 long screws coming through the other side of the island cabinetry where the dishwasher had been installed. Had to cut off and paint over cut ends.

Outstanding service once we got the install scheduled. The crew consisted of a father and son -- they were knowledge le, efficient, fast. But getting scheduled was a problem. The dishwasher was delivered and sat in our kitchen for a week before the install could be arranged. Delivery and install should take place same day!

Unfortunately the first installer broke a pipe in my wall. He did repair it, and everything turned out OK. I had to have a 2nd installer come out because the first dishwasher was defective and had to be replaced. The second installer did a great job.

2 very professional technicians came to install our new dishwasher. They called ahead and confirmed the arrival time, showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were very thorough from unpacking to installation to testing the unit and they cleaned up their mess and removed all packing materials. Very easy and efficient and I didn't need to miss much work that morning. Keep up the good work.

They were polite and respectful, they could have been more familiar with the dishwasher installation kit. I was afraid they would damage our granite countertop. Overall they did a good job

Excellent, knowledgeable installer. I was impressed that he solved the install problems with our dishwasher and got the job done. Also, protected the floors and cleaned up .
