Poorly installed. The installers were in a hurry to finish the job and get out. Unfortunately, the quick service resulted in poor installation. The process of reporting and finding the right department to come fix the problem was a nightmare. I had to write and call every number and e-mail available in order to find out who is responsible for helping with the problem.

Not happy. I paid to have it installed and they refused to install it after they brought it into my home. They said they couldn't touch any water lines. My son-in-law ended up installing it for me. I was not reimbursed for that fee.

They dropped off the dishwasher and plugged it in. The unit didn’t work and they didn’t take time to find out why. They said they had to leave it like this and leave for other deliveries. I’m left to figure out why the unit doesn’t turn on!

This is the second time they tried to install dishwasher and were unsuccessful. Very frustrating.

The guy didn't have the correct plug for the dishwasher so the installation was never done. He left the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen. It was a complete waste of money. I ended up having to pay someone else to do it. Not only that but the other guy damaged the stove when he installed it. There is a huge dent in the side of it.

Dishwasher install people couldn’t figure out where the pipes for existing one is and left without installing

The guy and took one look and said I had the wrong plumbing. I had to hire a plumber. I had to reschedule. On the morning of the install he cancelled. I wound up installing it my self. It was obvious the installer wanted no park of the project.

Terrible customer service, delivered a dented dishwasher, after I took a day off from medical practice and now want me to take another day off. I have a day off and should work around my scheldule, since I worked around theirs.

Never got notified that my product was damaged and waited all day to find out my dishwasher wasn’t coming . Hopefully my new upcoming appointment to get my dishwasher installed will finally happen, let’s pray for it!

My dishwasher is installed but the guy complained about the one I ordered because he said it was a hard one and then also said it was taking to long then complained how they designed it then said he will probably leave it incomplete because it was taking to long and he didn't understand it and so forth. He did finalize the install but after a lot of complaining.

Dishwasher was never in stalled . Installation kit was going to arrive 1 week after dishwasher was to be installed and when delivery date was rescheduled the dishwasher and other items were out of stock . The whole order was cancelled and we received a refund !

Horrible service. Installers broke something in my kitchen and then left with the job unfinished. The best part was they expected me to sign that the job was done when it wasent.

I will never shop at Best Buy again. We had 5 appointments scheduled for delivery of a dishwasher. They didn’t show, didn’t call. We went to the store twice. Spent hours on hold trying to get help. It was a nightmare!!

A comedy of errors a nightmare. I ended up going to the store and getting the items myself due to the installer "refusing to pick up and deliver" . A nightmare. best Buy offered compensation and I did accept but I will never get back the time I lost.

The installers didn’t arrive till late in the day. The dishwasher installation is horrible you have to manipulate it to open and shut the door. Gonna have to pay someone else to fix their shoddy work

Installer used most of the old parts instead of using the new parts from the kit. Installer didn't level the dishwasher I had to level it after the fact. Installer used random screws on the kickplate one black and one silver which stuck out like a soar thumb. Just seemed like he didn't care because he technically isn't a Best buy employee!

They installed a dishwasher that was broke and said all was well and then took off. Started and it was leaking and the door didn't line up. A tech had to come out and tell us they must have dropped it because the frame was bent. Now we have to wait over a month for a new one. I don't think I will ever purchase another major appliance from Best Buy again.

installation job seemed rushed and incomplete. I was told that there was not enough time because the installer had other appointments. I do not have a working dishwasher at present time. I have made calls and now I am just waiting. This is very disappointing

The tines are to short to hold things properly, it does not dry very well at all, things heave to be dried

You guys left it here cause you can't hook up in Wyoming. We had to find our own plumber. Dishwasher is great can't say the same for you. Paid cash for washer on October 29th. Still waiting for it.
