Dishwasher is fine other then the missing parts. Installation has been terrible. First contractor refused to connect the Dishwasher to the a power source. Second contractor, connected the dishwasher, but didn't have the missing parts. Still have missing parts.

No one ever showed up to deliver or install my appliances. My appointment was canceled twice after waiting for HOURS the day of the appointment. Still don't have them.

nightmare getting scheduled- constantly trying to get installed with no call backs, had a confirmed appointment which was not in the Best Buy computer- finally gave up and told them to pick it up and give my money back.

There were some little things that I could’ve ignored regarding the installation of the dishwasher but for the installer to come and hook the dishwasher up to the cold water that just showed me he didn’t know what he was doing.

Poor. Guy was rushing to do a quick job, put it in crooked, I asked him to fix it and he complained the entire time. Terrible seervice. He gouged my cabinet door in three places ! Now what do I do? He didnt use the install kit I paid for and I didn't get any kind of refund.

Bought dishwasher on line. Geek squad 800# is a JOKE! I was placed ON HOLD for hours YES i was hot! So hot, i TOLD my bank to VOID transaction! I will ONLY pay, after i put Best Buy on hold for hours to see how you all like that! i had to drive to local store to get install. they were VERY nice! I will NEVER use Best Buy on line again!

It has been an absolutely disaster with the installation process. They never show up within the time frame promised. The first installation was not properly done and the machine had to be exchanged. The 2nd installation had the wrong dishwasher in the truck for the exchange. The 3rd installation showed up 2.5 hours after the promised time frame.

The two screws for the dishwasher mount fell out on the floor within two weeks of installation making the dishwasher lean forward when bottom rack was pulled out. Another installation service call was required.

I would really give it zero stars. I have to hire a plumber to get it done correctly. And they cut my water line and now my refrigerator doesn’t make ice or produce water

My installation has created hours of unnecessary stress and problems. Installer purposely cut parts of my flooring, broke plumbing connectors which caused flooding, and installed the dishwasher with the packing Styrofoam. Geek Squad would not accept responsibility for negligent repairs and I had to hire someone to fix the problems.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Installed too quick which was incorrect. Had to make another install appt so someone can do it the right way. Would not recommend Geek Squad or Best Buy to anyone and will never purchase from Best Buy again.

Con job. Installer told me i had a leak and he would fix it for$180 told him i saw him loosen nut to make it leak. He tightened and installed dishwasher! Tried to take advantage and got caught

The installer did not mount the dishwasher to the cabinets so that when as racks were loaded, the dishwasher slowly leaned forward out of the opening. Had to get a different crew to come out the next day to resolve. That crew took over an hour to install two screws. If it had not been my house, it would have been comical.

The installation is not really good. The door seems to be crooked so it doesn't close smoothly.

My diswasher is not working still, dishes come out all dirty, i have called Bestbuy to send over someone to fix and still waiting, no one has called me back to schedule anything. i have been waiting weeks.

No problem with tools. Tools do not make it operational.

Installation team delivered a broken dishwasher the first time. Then came back two weeks later dropped off the dishwasher and said it didn’t fit. They left and I installed the dishwasher myself. Complete waste of money.

Original installation was terrible. machine was not leveled properly and was not fastened properly. Machine tilted causing racks to roll out on floor. Original installation crew should be fired!!

Flooded the kitchen twice because they had no idea on where to hook up the drain hose.

This was not a successful install. The man did not know how to get the old dishwasher out so he left and we had to have some friends get it out. It was a simple task and then they just went ahead and installed it while they were here.
