The install team could not install my dishwasher. It seems they are not plumbers and would not do my install as they stated the current dishwasher was not standard and they would not handle. So now I have to find a plumber and get it completed

I had to find someone else do the installation. When I bought the dishwasher they told me they would do the installation, then when they delivered it they did not do it. Then another service was supposed to install it, per Best Buy, and they wanted to change the date by a week from what Best Buy told me.

I've previously advised via live chat, email and phone calls how dissatisfied I was with the service. I won't bother to go into it again here as they obviously aren't paying attention

Tried using for first time 2 days later and error code for water. They say 2 weeks before they can have someone come out to check . So I get to hand wash baby bottles for 2 weeks. Thanks totaltech!

Did not show or call on the day of scheduled install. Apparently they use third party companies to do these dishwasher installs. I wish I could say it was a good experience or a bad one, unfortunately it wasn’t an experience at all.

Install was one of the worst experiences we have had with a delivery install. They never installed it fully and it moves. Because of this we now had a piece melt. Would never recommend install!!

I had to hire a plumber to install my dishwasher. Don't waste your money to have a "delivery" person install. They are not plumbers, they deliver appliances, that is all. I don't know what I was thinking paying for the install. I lost $150.

I had a terrible experience with the installation. Best Buy uses 2 different systems - 1 for delivery and another for installation for dishwashers. The company who sends out the plumber wanted to send the plumber before the dishwasher was installed. They need to do a better job coordinating this.

after taking a day off, the install was cancelled the same morning, it was rescheduled for the next day, but no one ever came. we needed the store manager to intervene to get someone out on the 3rd day, and it wasn't done properly. we needed a 4th day of waiting around for it to be completed.

Install almost as expensive as machine. Electrician has not shown.

Guys didn't have a clue what they were doing, my husband connected it when they left. The one connection they made to the drain line leaked and flooded my cabinet

I have had 2 different appliances installed and both times have been screwed!! Installers have wanted me to pay cash for extra install hookups, and scratched the other appliance and tried to pass it off as nothing. 3rd party installers... what a joke. Get some real professionals not patch fixers.

Terrible. They installed the washer on a slant, and hit my copper water line under sink to faucet and have new one placed. Still waiting for reimbursement for 21 weeks now.

The dishwasher is not installed properly. It is not pushed back inmmat the bottom and it's not flush with the cabinets. I have called twice to have someone come out and reinstall. I have been given two appointment but no one has followed up or showed up. Very dissatisfied!

I like Best Buy products and customer service in the store is always good. The installation company they use to install dishwashers is horrible. They reschedule without notice and then never come. Hopefully you dont have to take off from work like I did. I ended up doing the installation myself.

I cannot open three of my kitchen drawers because they did not install the dishwasher flush. My wife was home during the install and it’s a brand new house, so she never thought to check that. Such a waste.

My dishwasher moves around. It appears to be mounted too loosely. When I pull out the lower rack, the dishes clatter and the entire unit comes forward on one side. I am not happy.

Didn’t install it. I did it after they left. If your install requires any amount of work then Best Buy won’t do it. They bring it in, push it in place and screw in a hose. Anything else is on you.

Installed by best buy and leaked day one over a month and cant use it no solution in sight

Installation of panel could not be completed because the parts were missing. Went to the store.....waited for over an hour for the parts to be ordered. "Promised" that the parts would be overnited the next day. Got an email the next day that the parts were on backorder. Guess what is still not installed!!
