The Best Buy team is flailing and failing. The Greenville store sent an installer to my home with a crucial piece of connector hose that’s TOO SHORT. Installer left my house, saying that’s the longest hose BB has. L A M E. Never buy at BB.

The dishwasher wiring was improperly installed and sparked and burnt out. The entire junction box was black - at least it did its job and contained a fire from spreading into our house. We will be contacting Best Buy for a refund of the installation.

Could not install the dishwasher. It is newer than ours and they were not qualified to do what was necessary to install it. The design of the dishwasher does not allow for easy set up with older models. We must call to get refund.

Dishwasher errors out all the time. The repair people were here 3 days ago and it broke already. They said we could get new on since it had not even been 60 days. That is not true

Worst consumer experience I have ever encountered. Best Buy originally installed a defective dishwasher, then they messed up the date of the replacement after I had taken off work. Then when they did replace the defective DW they just dropped it off and wouldn't install. Awful experience all around.

The dishwasher runs 2 and 1/2 hours and the dishes are not very clean and it doesn’t dry the dishes at all. This as a replacement so I will just keep it

They came in and said they couldn't touch any electrical wires and that I would have to call an electrician before they can install it. I ended up doing everything myself.

They installed the dishwasher but I realized that they made scratches on the front panel after I remove the protective film. Shocked the protective film did not protect it from the scratch as well. Disappointed.

Geek squad completely messed up on the installation of my dishwasher and caused damage to my hardwood floor. They did not tighten the water line which caused about a gallon of water to leak onto my floor.

The installation of the dishwasher was marginal. The kick plate on the bottom didnt fit right, they tried to cut it and never attached it correctly.

The dishwasher was not received or installed. The installer said that it did not come with any hardware in the box and he could not install it. It therefore was refused and I expect a credit issued to my credit card. I expect Best Buy to confirm that this is being done, and when.

My dishwasher was installed by Best Buy. During installation my newly refinished hardwood floor was scratched, and the adjacent cabinets were damaged. The installer did not pre-drill the holes for the attachment brackets, and instead drove the screw into my Maple cabinets splitting the wood.

They disconnected our main line and wont take responsibility. Getting a lawyer involved against Best Buy and their affiliates.

Horrible. They came 6 hours adter scheduled time and that was only because I called. Men areived and could bit complete task. I had to call my oen plumber and electrician to get dishwasher inatalled.

The crew that came to my house were friendly but unskilled. I think it was their first attempt installing a dishwasher. They failed to get it level and the door didn't line up with the latch. I had to redo the installation after they left. Sorry I was so nice.

First of all, I purchased this item in October 2021. It is not installed yet. Problems with installation, Waiting three to four weeks for new installation dates. CANNOT RATE UNTIL I USE IT.

I will never purchase something that needs to be delivered/ installed from Best Buy again. The company that contract out to is a joke. I ended up just returning the dishwasher because it was such a bad experience

Dishwasher was not secured during original installation. A second visit was required. Now I need to go through the hassle of getting a replacement dishwasher.

The installers had trouble installing the dishwasher. They apparently damaged some components as it is now leaking and the door hinge is broken. Needs to be replaced.
