Poor Installation

The tech and to come out twice, and even after the second trip the installation was very unsatisfactory. I will have to have someone else come in to correct it.

Bad delivery experience

The guys said i needed a valve installed. Did not even leave the installation kit or take old one out. Called plumber i did not need valve installed

Dishwasher install services

After two visits I was left with a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen, water consistently overflowing from the air gap due to improper installation. Free installation was useless and caused way more problems then it solved.

Spent more to fix after they left

Stated that they were not authorized to screw dishwasher clips to the cabinet. I believe a couple of highschoolers could have done at least as well.

Did not install.

This is a basic expectation for installing a dishwasher.

Installer Issues

It took over 12 trips for the installer to get the appliances in. This was a Thermador purchase so they sent their best people out. What a joke, for $1,200 to install appliances you would think the install team would own a level???

Don’t waste your money on an Installation!

Turned out they were the correct size all along, and I ended up installing the dishwasher myself!

Not a good install

I thought all dishwashers had adjustable legs to adjust to the level of the floor; I had just had a brand new floor install?!? Go figure!!

ABC Installation is the worst
