Delivery staff horrible

We had an old refrig in the garage. The one inside the house went to the garage and they refused to take the one in the garage with them.

Double charged installation

Installation nightmare

How ridiculous. Was going to charge me for installation kit although he didn't even use half of it. Terrible

We were told that we would have to wait 3 days to have someone come out and install. We could not leave it sitting in the middle of the kitchen that long

Poor Installation

Another Bad Install

Later that night, our brand new dishwasher no longer works. BB replaced it but we believe it was not the dishwasher. It was the install guy.

They damaged my newly refinished floors and are trying to argue that first it was glue, then it was the range - anything but them. Still an ongoing battle. Do NOT use them to install.
