The dishwasher is defective waiting for new one. Taking a longtime to replace

Waste of time! If you don’t have a very simple set up they wont even try to to install it.

Extra tubing was pricey I thought for a piece of xtra tube.

The most horrible customer service and Installation service i have ever received from any cooperation. Best Buy doesn't care about their customers.

The dishwasher was installed unevenly.....The door facing does not close properly.

I had to have thee come back three times. Didn’t resolve the issue and I ended up paying for it personally. BB is terrible to work with and didn’t try to resolve my issue. That will be my last purchase from them. Not worth the hassle and stress.

first delivery was a complete mess with the install company. 2nd attempt they were late. 3rd attempt they were 2 hours earlier than scheduled. i have tried working with Pacific to get me and the owner of the install company on the phone but they will not do that.

I have been sealing with ine issue adter another around installation. If i wasnt a member i would even bother.

BB installers were not able to install, since an actual plumber was needed. This could have been determined at the time of purchase.

Horrible. Didn’t haul away old one or install new one as paid for. Currently have 2 dishwashers sitting in my kitchen. All this after the delivery date was pushed back a week.

overly critical and picky installers. could not make them happy so they would do the job. ended up having to go elsewhere and get a refund.

I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

Poorly installed. Very small screws came loose, dishwasher no longer attached to the cabinet. Some damage to my kitchen cabinet due to poor installation job.

There was a very noticeable dent on the machine after the installers left.. Guys obviously chose to ignore it and stood in front so that we did not see it. Now I can't get a replacement for over a month, but can still use the dented one in the meantime.

The installer kit was not right! Had to reschedule

They showed up and removed the old dishwasher but never installed the new one. They said they didn't have the right parts and planned to come back out but never scheduled it.

Dishwasher is leaking, had a rug in front of dishwasher so wasn’t aware till floor started splinting… had it installed by best buy so now working on who will fix it

Very unprofessional. The installer were smoking cigarettes. If I had a question they would complain about it. They scratched it my wall. Will never again.

To have a dishwasher and a microwave installed it took over 1 1/2 months and I lost track of how many phone calls we made. Not enough space or inclination on my part to relate the litany of staggering incompetence. That they were installed at all was a miracle.
