Geek squad refused to install dishwasher because I had a leak under the sink even though installing a new line would have solved the problem. Just seemed like they didn't want to do the work.

My time slot was 8 am-12 pm yet the guy arrived at about 545pm! He said I was on the afternoon slot which was not what the geek squad told me on the phone. He was not at all polite and in fact damaged the dishwasher panel edge when he installed it.

Very disappointed. Installer did not install and we had to pay another company. He gave up before he even evaluated the situation. The dishwasher came with free installation that cost us $287.00 and a week with a dishwasher sitting in the living room.

The worker took an additional $300 from me and did not give me the bill for almost a month

They guy came out didnt install it. Went back to best buy they wanted me tk wait another 2 weeks and hope the guy isnt lazy.

Not great. Dishwasher leaking. I mean i would’ve expected someone to test it out and instead it’s now leaking.

Was very unhappy with the installer. He was sketchy and over charged us for things we did not need. I will never buy another dishwasher from BestBuy. Plus dishwasher was defective.

Terrible! 5 days after installation was supposed to be completed… still not! Sooooo disappointing! And we been paid extra beyond our membership for the advanced installation!

Poor job service men didn’t want to do the job said they didn’t have the correct equipment but took a handyman 30 minutes to do the job that beat buys service people would not do

They uninstall my old dishwasher and said something is wrong with water line and then never came back, I have to call private vendor to get it installed.

The Best Buy ordering site is not explicit in explaining that 'Free Installation' is not automatic. I eventually was able to schedule a free installation, however, as it was 3+ weeks after my product arrival, I decided to install the product myself.

The delivery installation was scheduled for 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The installer showed up at 7:30 PM. I wasted all day long waiting...nobody called, nothing to keep me updated. Awful

I did not enjoy the fact that the service member came out and told me that he couldn’t install the item. I ended up having to pay a contractor to install it.

No show 3 times on install appointments. I waited over an hour to discover your subcontractor cancelled me and you never notified me ON 3 OCCASIONS!!!Your subcontractor doing installs is running your business

Bad I never got my service the guys said he couldn’t do it and left and now they say he did the service when he didn’t touch the dish washer

After completion of a 10:45 p.m. installation, the dishwasher did not drain. A second installation person was called. He was in and out of my house in about ten minutes. The initial installer had failed to remove the drain plug, a job taking a mere few minutes.

I didn't have a good experience. To get the job done I had to hire a plumber after two different technicians came to the house to try to do it.

Best Buy (and other companies) uses a 3rd party called XPO to schedule installations. They are horrible! We had 4 failed appointments because their computer system and bad employees are terrible. I will never order anything that involves this company again.

Work not done! Arrived, didn’t have the parts again. And just left. 3 visits, work not done. Most probably can’t do it, guess I’ll just do it myself

Leaking connection was noted by installer and follow-up was promised by morning of the day following. To date we have not received a call. We had to call an independent service and pay an additional $229.00 for a replacement part.
