These two gentlemen were by far the most professional installers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were fast, polite, covid receptive, and there was nothing for me to clean up after. They took the time to instruct me of each aspect of the dishwasher and were patient with me when I asked questions. Bravo....

I was hesitant to purchase this after reading the bad reviews online. Went to the store to look at the dishwasher, and decided to just buy from salesperson there. They told me the install was on sale for $30, so I decided it was a no brainer to have them do it. $160 regular price is a lot of money, but if I had to pay full price for the service I received, I would do it again. I picked the day of install at the store, and the install contractor called the day before to confirm the window. On the day of install, they called me 45 minutes prior to arrival so I could ensure I would be home. When they arrived, they were very courteous, pulled out the old machine and installed the new one in 30 minutes. They even had to do a little custom work to get it to fit correctly. They were very courteous and professional. All in all, well worth the hours that I would have spent removing and disposing of the old, reading install instructions and double checking everything, then performing the install on my own. I do suggest that you sign up for the install in the store, or by phone when you buy the machine, as it sounds like people have issues when ordering this online.

The installers of our Samsung dishwasher were very adept at making sure that the product was in excellent working order before they left. The dishwasher is running perfectly. I recommend very highly to use Best Buy equipment and services.

I feel the service team took advantage of naivety of installation for dishwashers. I could have used an extension cord to plug in the dishwasher, instead of paying for a new outlet. They also were not careful and scratched my tiles when installing the dishwasher.
