The installers were very professional. The entire job was completed in under 30 minutes (removal of old unit and installation of new unit)

The gentlemen was quick and installed our dishwasher and over the range microwave.

The installers did not install the top front brackets of the dishwasher to the underside of the countertop. Eventually the dishwasher started to tip forward while loading. A quick trip to the hardware store for some zinc mending braces and a few package of screws took care of the problem, well under a $5 fix. I had also purchased an "installation kit" for $25.00 or so at the time of purchase of the dishwasher, this was never used nor left at the house. The dishwasher (Kitchenmaid) was purchased at a deep discount, and there was a free installation program through the manufacturer at the time. So, though I was not impressed with the installation, the dishwasher has worked out well, very low decibel, does a good job on the dishes. I should have been more involved with the install.

Eduardo our installer was professional, courteous, friendly and arrived on time. Installations was done perfectly, with no issues. Eduardo showed us how to operate the dishwasher explaining in detail each cycle and option. I would highly recommend Eduardo for the installation of any appliance.

The install company was very curious. They utilized foot covers, protected my product and did a great job with the install. Flawless.

Fast and courteous. Efficient installation service. Had to install a code compliant Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, or "GFCI" device separately by an electrician at a later date but they gave me a name to get the electrician scheduled too which worked well.

Great service and right on time as scheduled. Highly recommend them to family and friends.

It's hard to install something if you can't even verify that it's in your own warehouse. After waiting over 2 weeks for the scheduled delivery (which was verified by Best Buy the day before), the technician called and cancelled. It was in the last 20 minutes of the delivery window. He said the next opportunity was over a week out. Home Depot and Lowes had immediate openings and the same product for the same cost, with delivery and install at a lower price. Not using Best Buy again.

They did a fast and neat job. Very friendly and courteous.

Needed a new dishwasher. Liked previous Bosch products. Very quiet running. They had special going for FREE installation!

My new dishwasher is amazing and was installed correctly! When I moved into my house the dishwasher that I had wouldnt clean, and this one cleans and SANITIZES! If I have any issues all I have to do is call geek squad and it will be fixed.

A few things to note: - You must buy a "dishwasher installation" kit, in addition to the dishwasher and the installation package. The basic dishwasher installation components are NOT included with your Best Buy dishwasher or installation purchase, and the installers aren't willing to reuse existing cables and hoses. Factor that into your decision. - When you buy the specialty installation, the delivery of your dishwasher and the installation will occur at different times - possibly separated by a significant period of time. Be prepared to store the dishwasher for awhile before an install appointment is available. - It says it in the fine print, but note that the vendor for the installation may charge you for a local plumbing permit . Our installers dropped an additional $150 charge on us the day before the proposed install - weeks after ordering the install package. Although the installer said we needed a permit, our city doesn't even require it for installation of a dishwasher on existing plumbing. - We had originally scheduled our installation for the day after our dishwasher was delivered. The installer later called us to say they had overbooked and would need to reschedule for several days later. Shortly thereafter, the installer called AGAIN and needed to reschedule again for a WEEK later. Ultimately, we cancelled the installation and installed the dishwasher ourselves rather than continue to wait (and jeopardize further delays). Your mileage may vary.... at the discounted prices Best Buy sometimes offers, this may not be a terrible deal. The dishwasher was a pain to install myself, so having a pro is a plus. But just be prepared to be patient and expect the unexpected!

They was in and out in 30 minutes. When I started the purchase on line it was showing far out for install once I got to the last page it let me chose a closer date so I purchased and had install in less than 5 days!

Despite having several negative experiences shopping with BestBuy the last several years, the last several have been outstanding. Shopping with Connor at the Allen Texas location, was exceptional and the delivery and install was flawless.

Installers were polite, professional and fast. I recommend them.

The dishwasher is excellent, the only problem is the washer doesn’t dry out inside of washer like my old Bosch washer.
