I was a bit skeptical about calling Best Buy to install my dishwasher as I never called them before. I have however had Best Buy install my car audio for well over a decade and never had a problem so I figured I could give them a try. I was right! The technician called the night before to verify the appointment time, address, and if there was anything limiting access to the property, kitchen, etc. The next day he showed up on time with everything he needed, and the one thing he did not need; the dishwasher installation kit. The person that took the reservation for the appointment asked if I had the kit, and I said I did not. So, I told him that I would buy it. In fact, I bought it online on the Best Buy website while he was taking my information!! The installation went smooth as I hoped and afterwards the technician went over the various stages of the install and then the functions of the dishwasher. He also went over the manufacturers warranty and mention I could purchase the extended warranty that Best Buy offers too. For those who may have this question; YES, he did take the old dishwasher away! Overall, once again, a GREAT Best Buy experience! One last thing, I bought the dishwasher from Best Buy and it was an Open Box unit. So I thought I'd mention that the dishwasher, the installation kit, and the installation DID NOT cost near the price of the dishwasher if it was new! So I saved a few bucks this way

The installers that came to install my dishwasher were WONDERFUL! They were knowledgeable and removed the old unit and installed the new unit very quickly!! They were professional, took care of my hardwood floors and cleaned their area when they were done. The dishwasher is fine but the service was exceptional! Thank you Simon!

The gentlemen who performed the installation were knowledgeable and professional. Since I have old copper pipes they suggested I use a plumber for the final hook-up, but did all the up-front work. The plumber was pleasantly surprised with what they had done and was able to compete his part quickly and easily.

Installers came on time and completed the job efficiently. Love the dishwasher! It’s super quiet.

They called ahead to let me know on way. Fast, clean and proper installation.

The installer was very efficient and quick. He showed me the dishwasher functions and how to use it, could not have asked for a better experience!

The dishwasher is nice and quiet. The installer was nice and courteous however he said I needed a plug and another water connection that the old dishwasher did not have. He charged another 350 over and above the 225 install I had already paid to Best Buy. I’m not sure if this is always done but I didn’t have a choice for him to install. He was prompt and didn’t take much time. I ended up paying more for the install than the dishwasher.

The technician was awesome to install my dishwasher at my kitchen,his work was magnificent and helpful to my husband . I appreciate it .

We had the best experience.The tech who installed our dishwasher was awesome. Very informative and helpful. Quick, friendly, and very considerate. Took the time to answer all our questions. He told us how to avoid the problems that other consumers had complained about. Was nervous about buying a kitchen appliance from Best Buy. However, probably the best installer we have ever had for an appliance.

I have to give credit to the guys that installed this. The countertop was not level and the left side was about 1/8" to low. They worked to get it under the counter and finally had to pound a wedge under the counter to lift it up. None of the problems were of their making and they perservered to make it happen. I could not have been more pleased. I didn't want to have to order the ADA model.

The installation went quickly with no problems. The installer was obviously very experienced. He was on time, neat, friendly and provided information on the installation and the washer. Whatever you folks do there in HQ, you better keep this guy on the staff. He is a genuine asset to the Best Buy team.

Scheduling delivery and installation was easy and convenient. The Geek Squad installer was careful with the surrounding cabinets, appliances and flooring which was greatly appreciated. He did an excellent installation and reviewed use with me before leaving. I'm glad I purchased Geek Squad extended warranties instead of warranties through manufactures for all my kitchen appliances.

Our new Bosch dishwasher was everything the ads and on-line reviews said it would be - whisper quiet - you literally have to LOOK at the control panel to see if its running. And I don't think I have ever seen dishes come out of a dishwasher cleaner than mine in the Bosch. Love the third silverware drawer and ability to move the middle drawer up and down. Great product - and installation guys were fantastic too!
