I truly, truly wish they would have just walked away when they saw what the install required. Our dishwasher lines wrap around our lazy susan. They informed us that the water line was not long enough and we would have to install it ourselves. Totally fine, we are both engineers. This is a non-issue to us. They did, however, install the dishwasher drain without informing us that this ALSO was not long enough. They joined the new drain line to the existing by effectively folding and shoving the brand new drain line into the existing. Because this folded the plastic, there was no way to properly clamp or seal this connection point and for 20 days, our dishwasher drain leaked behind our cabinets every time we ran it without our knowledge. Our insurance has been called and the claim is ongoing, but this is a headache we could have avoided considering we already had to install the water line ourselves.

The installer didn't seem confident when installing that machine. Also, when when removing the old washer, he made unnecessary trouble for himself by misusing the dolly backwards down the stairs and left a trail of water on his exit.

Quite a fiasco in delivery. It took several phone calls to Best Buy and Install Inc to schedule the installation after Install Inc did not come to my house on the original installation date but stated that they were at my "gate". There is no gate at my address and I waiting all day for them to arrive. Then Install Inc left my order in an "in transit" status so it was not rescheduled. After two Best Buy escalation calls, I called Install Inc myself to reschedule.

We had a great experience with the installation service. It was easy to schedule and they did a great job with the installation of the dishwasher. Service people were quick, friendly and everything is working as expected. Absolutely no complains!

Best Buy uses a third party Manada to do TV installations. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are not honest on their dealings and have the worst attitudes and professionalism. They damaged my TV during mounting and claimed it was already damaged. I can assure you it was not. They covered their bases in their paperwork, and thus my claim was denied. I have been a long time Best Buy customer, but no more. It’s obvious Best Buy’s customer commitment to quality no longer exists.

Horrible service from both Best Buy and the local installer. The installer was rude and unprofessional. After pulling the old dishwasher out, there was remanence of mold spots which is cleanable/bleachable. The installer refused to wait for 5mins. He wanted to leave and left everything untidy, I asked that he reinstall my old unit and leave everything the way he found it, he started to get loud with and therefore I ask that he finish up and leave my house. He left with the water running and that caused a lot of damage to my kitchen cabinet/floor. I spent hours on the phone with Best Buy and they were not able to assist, they asked me to shut off the water, I just moved into that house and is unsure how to, I had to call a emergency plumber. This is a ridiculous way to do business. If you are in the NJ/PA area, please beware, you will probably encounter this horrible/unprofessional service.

Purchased the BestBuy install and haulaway for my dishwasher and BestBuy outsourced to “Big Boyz” LLC in St. Louis. The instalation process was a nightmare and Big Boyz strong-armed me into paying over $600 for additinal parts that they said i needed AFTER they already removed my old dishwasher. On top of thay, the techs didnt even install it correctly and left a huge mess. The “best” that BestBuy could do is offer me a $100 gift card.

Rush job, did not level, did not install bottom plate properly.

The dishwasher installer installed the drain line incorrectly and now water is pouring out of our garbage disposal drain since they didn't plug the drain connection. They hooked the new dishwasher drain to a new connection in the main sink drain line and didn't plug the garbage disposal drain where the previous dishwasher was connected when they could have just connected it back the garbage disposal. Do not use Best Buy installers!

I would give 5 stars except that a connection under the sink was not secured and there was water on the floor of the cabinet the next day. I thought the installers were courteous and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was told my appliance was going to be delivered between 7-11 am Nobody showed up. I called customer service and they as told I need to reschedule The 3d party installation company called me 6 hrs later than the window I was supposed to have. I told the guy I wasn’t home and he gave me attitude.I spent $600 for a no call no show I wouldn’t recommend Best Buy or their 3rd party services They clearly don’t know what’s going on nor do they care

Had to call and have them come back, the dishwasher was not mounted correctly and fell forward when a rack was pulled out.

Installer was 4 hours late, I can over look that. Removed our GE profile and tried to put the Bosch in the same hole. The opening was a little too wide. After trying to secure it for over an hour, he said he needed to get a mounting kit for this model. After 7 weeks of waiting and calling the dishwasher is still setting in the opening crooked and not level. I went to lumber yard and procure some oak trim and shimmed out the opening myself and put the unit in right. The unit is now secure and level. No Best Buy for me anymore. I am a field supervisor for a HVACR and plumbing contractor.

The worst experience ever. It took me a month to get the items. The product was never installed. Each person that came to install wouldn't install saying that the shut off valve at the sink wasn't working and i can pay them 150 to fix it. I got someone to install it for 100.00 dollars and the valve was fine and was not replace. A waste of total tech. Never again.

After buying and fully paying Best Buy for my dishwasher, an appointment was set up a month later for installation. The afternoon before the scheduled date, I received a call saying they'd be there the next morning, and all seemed fine. That evening, however, another call came to say they had to cancel the appointment, and asked me to reschedule. The next available schedule date was over a month later. Clearly, no one even bothered to check on the lead-time or supply of the dishwasher until the night before. I cancelled my whole order because I had no confidence that they could ever deliver, even 2 months after purchase. They agreed to fully refund my purchase, but what a waste of time.

The installer was from individual company, not from BestBuy, even though I paid for the installation at BestBuy. He broke the fan while he installed my new Viking dishwasher. Dishwasher made a weird noise from the beginning and called BestBuy. The BestBuy declined to offer the service, but ask me to call the Viking directly, even though it was not my fault. Viking customer service was good. They came quick and fix it properly. Do not trust BestBuy installation.

If I can give zero I would. I paid $187 for instillation for my rental property . When the installation technician came, he asked my tenant for additional $187 for a ridiculous reason. So I spend almost $400 installation fee for a $400 dishwasher. Absolutely not recommend the installation service from Best Buy and never buy single item from Best Buy anymore. It should change from Best Buy to Worst Buy!

The order was scheduled to be delivered and installed on a particular morning - and was not. There was no communication, nor any compensation offered. I kept checking my email - and called in after the appointment ended - and the answer was that it will be delivered and I need to be patient. THEN after 3 hours after the delivery time their tune changed. I had to message AND call them - which was a total of 4 hours of exhaustion before the best answer I received was "we can reschedule". They did come back however and said the product was already broken in the warehouse. So after 4 hours of frustration I was left with nothing other then having to cancel or reschedule for two weeks out.
