I was shocked they came over 120 miles for the install. It was a great install. Wife was happy.

My dishwasher was installed and they ran a cycle to make sure it was working properly. Not only did they do the job right, they took the time to answer my questions about how to use the dishwasher and I did have questions because the one they were replacing was 20 years old and I knew the technology had changed quite a bit. Oh, and they were on time, too.

The husband/wife team that arrived to install the dishwasher were friendly, courteous and very efficient. Would deal with them in a NY minute. However dealing with Best Buy was an absolute nightmare - sold us an unusable dishwasher which was broken from day one. In fact one of the many techs who came out to “fix” it said that by running the serial number they could tell it had already been in another persons house and was returned for the same issues. BB sold us a lemon as new and they knew that. No more appliance purchases from Boynton BB… ever. Be forewarned.

The young man who came out to do the installation on our new dishwasher was really pleasant and very professional. He answered our questions and freely gave us explanations on what he was doing. He did a very good job and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing it.

Expert installers. Used top of the line kits to hook dishwasher up and carefully worked around my recycle bin, which was between the sink and the dishwasher. Everything works well and the area was left clean and neat on departure.

The dishwasher was installed promptly and issued about its installation were professionally addressed.

Best Buy subcontracts the install service, and We had great service from a team from ‘Best Yet Installations’. I must preface this by noting the delivery, haul away old dishwasher & install new - was delayed substantially beyond the originally planned time frame, but I believe that was confusion re what I was told by scheduling, and what was actually scheduled. I was informed early of the discrepancy, kept informed and just happened to have a rare day I could be that flexible. The actual service was great. After pulling the old machine, the installers accommodated time I wanted to clean in that area before installing new machine. They were polite and tolerated my repairing an opening in the subfloor (10+ min) as well. My Bosch dishwasher was a tight fit at the end of a long day, I’m sure - but they persevered and made it happen. The two men doing the service were polite, professional, efficient, answered questions and cleaned up everything before leaving. They were careful with the appliance, and took time to walk me through how to use it, noting all manuals, complimentary products, etc. I’d definitely book them again.

Quick fast and in a hurry!! Guys even took out the trash bag to the garage on their way out!!

The installers were professional and the installation itself was fine. However, I had to have special fittings installed for the water feeds and Best Buy did not inform me about this item. Cost an additional $150 which was unexpected.

The first time it was delivered it couldn’t be installed. Apparently when kitchen was remodeled they built kitchen around dishwasher. It was literally off by an 1/8”, had it shimmied and they came back with no issues to install. Very pleased :)

Very quiet and fits lots of dishes, utensils, flatware.

The installers came on time, gave helpful suggestions, competently installed the dishwasher & took the old one out without incident. They were clean and polite - I wished I had the same result with all of my appliance installers.

Pretty quiet, attractive cabinet, and seems to work well. Overall satisfied.

The entire delivery & installation experience was ridiculous. Delivery was scheduled for 11/27/18 – they never showed - never called – the people I spoke to promised I would receive a call & just didn’t care. You promised the delivery date just to get the sale. I called – spent hours just listening to the music while I worked. I was disconnected a couple of times. Promises were made, and none were kept. Delivery date was moved to 12/27/2018 then 12/18/2018. They showed up to deliver before 8:00 am – we were scheduled for 12:00 to 6:00. They delivery people took half of the silverware basket. When I called no one cared – I was told a lot of things, but no one was willing to help me. I never received a call back. I was even told I could buy another basket. Disconnected when I made sure the person had my contact info. Insulting. I’ll pay more for an appliance rather than purchase from Best Buy. You don’t care about my experience, so I don’t expect you will post my review.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Dishwasher & Electric Range & Over-the-Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Best Buy has gotten too big for their britches as my father would say. When you call for service be prepared to jump through numerous hoops just to state your issue! Which is a level of stress all it's own. I purchased a dishwasher back in July "24 and after each use I noticed a awful smell, well the dirty water wasn't draining out completely. I call Best Buy and after 30 plus minutes Im able to reach a human only to be told that its still under the manufacturer warranty so call them instead. Wow, some customer service. So I do just that, their service representative comes out and in less then 5 minutes tells me my water line was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they ( manufacturer) does not do corrections on installs . Back to call BB and playing the phone game....finally I convince a representative to send out someone. They come and run a cycle adjust the door and ask to use my bathroom???? And then they were gone. BUT, get this, THEY reported that the problem wasn't corrected themselves. As a result BB called me back saying that they would have someone else come out. The last individual was extremely professional (no bathroom breaks) :) took the dishwasher apart, readjusted the water line, ran several cycles to correct the problem. Every service repairman should be this precise. This has been a nightmare all because I wanted to upgrade to stainless steel my old white appliances worked FINE now im paying the price in more ways than one just for the newest trend I get a free headache.

The installer was great; he was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

The guy was very nice installing the dishwasher and very friendly.

Serviceman arrived at our home promptly as scheduled. His manner was very professional. He carefully and efficiently removed the existing dishwasher and installed the new one. Then thoroughly tested everything to ensure proper operation and make sure there were no leaks in the plumbing. We were very impressed with the service we received. Highly recommended!!
