The install team was GREAT they were in and out FAST they did clean up when finished as well

3 guys came to install. Each had a job to do and moved along well. Could not install because needed a junction box, and a plug in cord was provided in the box. They explained that I had to go to BB to exchange the cord. They removed existing DW and placed the new one safely in a space in my kitchen. My new installation date was 3 weeks later! Bummer. 2 guys came. One guy didn't even come into the house! He sat in the truck. The one installer did everything including carrying the DW about 10'. He worked quickly. The guy in the truck should be fired!

Excellent! The installer was timely, installed my dishwasher being cautious not to scrape up my wood floor, and did excellent work getting my dishwasher to function. He even cleaned up thoroughly at the end! Thank you!

I had a new Bosch dishwasher installed and the installers did a good job of making sure my hard wood floors and counter tops were not impacted. My only complaint is that when they installed the drain line which goes through a cabinet with a lazy susan is that they did not make sure the hose was secured in the back of the cabinet. Now when we move the lazy susan we can hear the shelf hitting the hose. Hopefully its not doing anything to the hose. I would have complained at the time but it wasnt until the next day when we noticed the issue.

Daniel arrived within the stated bloc of time. He was both professional and friendly -- and efficient. He installed the new Bosch dishwasher including a junction box (which our previous Bosch did not have), ran a short test "wash", gave us the owner papers and samples, and was finished in an hour. He took our old Bosch (previously removed) with him. A job well done!

Superb sleek design great functionality performs well and quiet

This Bosh dishwasher is noticeably quiet and well made. The installation was great, and the installation crew were "covid" compliant. They took extra care of moving our old dishwasher out and installing the new one. Couldn't be hipper!

I love how quiet this dishwasher is! It is stainless steel and is very roomy!

I got an awesome price for a great dishwasher. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock and they honored the price for a little more expensive model. That worked great. The installation by Geek Squad was awful. They installed it incorrectly the first time; the water and electricity was fine, but it was only connected to the cabinet on the left side, so it was crooked, and it was not level either. The top drawer of the dishwasher, if it was pulled halfway out, would come all the way out because the dishwasher was angled towards the front. When I called to them them do the installation done correctly, they ended up having to cancel due to Coronavirus (which was to be expected). Once I could reschedule, the first appointment I could get was 3 weeks out - again, also "kind of" expected since they were favoring new installations rather than fixing installations. After waiting for 3 weeks and getting the call from them confirming the installation, they never showed. I ended up calling them later in the day and the person said that my installer ended up getting called to a different job, so I would need to reschedule. This time they wanted to push it out between 4 and 5 weeks. I was furious; they just acted like "oh, our person didn't show up, never called, oh well, let's just reschedule - the next available reschedule was between 4 and 5 weeks". I couldn't believe they could actually say that with a straight face. I was furious. I talked to 2 people who essentially said the same thing. This was not my fault, yet they were so cavalier about the guy not showing up and then saying it would be another month or more. When I spoke to the 2nd person, I would not take no for an answer. I made them talk to their supervisor, and after some time, they ended up processing it as a "zero dollar order", and they could schedule it 2 days later. Those installers were not Geek Squad, and they did a great job with the installation. So apparently there was an issue getting Geek Squad out there but "paying" for a new installation order (of zero dollars) somehow bumped me up in the priority, and waiting 2 days was fine for me. But all in all, the installation process was just a nightmare.

The crew that delivered and installed my dishwasher was: on time, efficient , professional and very friendly. They cleaned up and took all packaging materials with them. They checked to be sure my dishwasher was working correctly and had no leaks. They answered all my question and left me a number to call if I found anything wrong. Everything is working great. I am very satisfied.

Installation was completed within scheduled timeslot and very quickly. Person installing dishwasher was very professional and courteous.

The installers came and made it so. For once, the installers came in removed the old, installed the new and did it all in 1hr 45min, and never came to me with problems or questions. Gotta love it.

Technician was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. To my surprise he was very methodical when it came to set up install and cleanup.

The team, lead, apprentice (son), and fabricator were outstanding. Very concerned about the house and cleaned up all residual detritus, (boxes, spare parts, etc.). They also allowed me access after removal of old oven and dishwasher to vacuum and mop before installing the new items.
