I'm giving the installers 4 stars instead of 5 because it took two visits to get the installation complete. The crew is polite and professional. When I notified Best Buy that the new dishwasher was leaking, that honestly was the most frustrating part. Trying to find a human being to help me via Best Buy. Once the repair ticket was scheduled, then the installer contacted me directly. The crew returned (it took 2 weeks though) and realized that they had not properly tightened a clamp that resulted in the dishwasher leaking under the sink. Now, it is fine.

The space is relatively flexible (would have been nice to have adjustable shelves, but this model doesn't offer them). The machine is very quiet - it is so nice to be able to run it and still listen to the radio in the same room! So far, it seems to clean things really well. We haven't put anything too caked with food in it yet, but the basic dinner dishes and utensils are coming out sparkling.

Great job with installation, quick and efficient. I would use the Best Buy installation again.

Installation was completed as promised and it turned out great! Guys did a good job and cleaned up after themselves, too! I'm also thrilled with the LG dishwasher itself. So quiet and it cleans beautifully.

Only one person was sent to install a dishwasher, stove, and standing deep freezer. He was very polite, efficient, and quick. I would recommend him for a raise.

Quiet dishwasher. Seems to clean dishes. Though the Heated Dry option isn’t as efficient as I thought it would be.

Install guys were nice and did OK. The reason for 4 stars - a couple of weeks after the install the dishwasher door would not close. Come to find out that the screw they used to anchor the washer to the adjacent cabinet was way too short - penetrating the cabinet by less than 1/8" allowing the washer to shift inwards. I fixed it with a longer screw and problem solved.

Out install went smoothly. They showed up when they said they were going to be here and we’re pretty fast to have them installed.!!

I bought the installation along with my new dishwasher...the installers were on time and were great to work with. Very professional and we don't have any complaint at all. Will use BestBuy installation again if we do buy another appliance through them!

Although the appointment was cancelled twice by Best Buy, without informing me, resulting in my wasting two entire mornings; the actual installation was excellent. I was offered a gift card to compensate for the poor customer service and I wonder when am I going to receive it.

They guys who did the install were great. The only issue I had was the cover for the dishwasher air gap was cracked, but it was plastic, so cheap quality. I just bought a chrome one for $12 bucks to solve the problem.

Our dishwasher installation was difficult because it was installed in a small space in the kitchen. The technician was able to hook it up quickly and more importantly fit it in perfectly so that it worked perfectly!

Installation was fast and they stayed to test. dishwasher is so quiet.

This was the 4th dishwasher. The uninstall/install lasted for over 5 hours! Although the dishwasher dose not leak....HUGE IMPROVEMENT it is not installed even with our countertop and unevan at the bottom. Still waiting in the COVID environment to get the last install corrected! This is after 3 GE Cafe dishwashers and finagling switching to a KitchenAid.

Awesome installers. Prompt and courteous. Very clean as well. Highly recommend the folks who delivered and installed our dishwasher.

Good install.....Very clean and courteous....I do have to call them back to reinstall the top screws that hold the dishwasher in place as they have fallen out....other than that good......I will let you know how that turns out.......

I purchased an LG dishwasher from Best Buy and paid for installation arranged by Best Buy. Having Best Buy arrange the installation was the best decision I made. The installation was done by Nick F. and his assistant Kinland, from Best Vet Installation Inc. The installation was essentially done by Nick. You could immediately tell that Nick had done this many times, as he was methodical, thorough, and meticulous. He was fairly neat. At every crucial point in the installation, he would perform the job carefully and took photos to record the result, as connecting the drain, the water supply line, leveling the dishwasher, etc. After completing the installation, Kinland took the old dishwasher for recycling. Overall, I was 100% happy with the installation. I waited a few weeks before writing my review to see if there was any problem with the installation, and there is none. I recommend Nick without any reservation.

The person who installed my dishwasher was very professional. He took his time to ensure that the best quality of work is done. I appreciate the quality of work he’s done.

This was worth every penny. The gentleman who came to our home was professional, and polite, and did a great job with removing the old dishwasher and putting in the new one. This is not something I wanted to do myself, so having this as an option was a must when I was looking for the new washer.
