Great dishwasher..quiet..and efficient...installation superb.

Install went smoothly and the delivery men were fast clean and very respectful

Install guys were nice and did OK. The reason for 4 stars - a couple of weeks after the install the dishwasher door would not close. Come to find out that the screw they used to anchor the washer to the adjacent cabinet was way too short - penetrating the cabinet by less than 1/8" allowing the washer to shift inwards. I fixed it with a longer screw and problem solved.

Installation was great and installer was fast and effient

Installed by professional. Configuration and settings were a bit confusing. Needed multiple button pushes to get it to operate to the way I wanted. Sometimes too quiet!

Needed 2 trips for installation. New Washer is the full height from floor to underside of the counter. Out old washer had a cutout notch on the bottom rear that allowed for a 2" drain pipe at the back of the cabinet. We had to have a plumber re-route the drain pipe. ($1700.00 - there went the money we saved with the appliance deal.) Oh, well, it needed to be done, and we are better off for it. Hence the 2 trips for installation. Take-away, make sure you understand the full dimensions of your appliance. Measure, and re-measure. We haven't used the Washer yet, but I am expecting great things since our old washer was smaller and it was rusting. This is a larger, Stainless Steel, Tub

Best dishwasher, quiet and washes the dishes really well and easy to load and unload and makes the job easy.

Installation was completed within scheduled timeslot and very quickly. Person installing dishwasher was very professional and courteous.

I had a very pleasant experience. They came on time, informed me in advance. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Did all the unpacking outside the house, removed my old dishwasher before getting in the new one. Very quickly and efficiently installed my new one, tested it out, cleaned up any messes. I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased the installation for a Bosch dishwasher. However, I was extremely impressed! The 2 gentleman that came to complete the installation were true experts! They were friendly AND did an excellent job with the installation! I WILL definitely use Best Buy Geek Squad again for appliance installation and repair.

The installer was on time, wore shoe covers and was pleasant. He knew exactly how to install the dishwasher so it didn't take long. Then he showed us how to operate the machine and didn't mind answering our questions. We were completely satisfied!

The installation team arrived on time, was extremely efficient, and respectful to my home, working with care.

Best Buy contacted 2 days prior to confirm installation. Installer called the night before to time of install, get directions and address any concerns. Arrived on time the day of install, done 90 minutes later. Took all packaging material and cleaned up any mess they made. No leaks and everything runs excellently!

KD and assistant from Elite were great. The dishwasher installation was tricky due to tile in front of the old unit and they handled it with ease. Nice guys too.

Jesse was professional and respectful. He was able to install the dishwasher and was accommodating and fast.

Seems like the new dishwashers take more time than the old [15 years]. Works well but still getting used to where to put what. Needed an adjustment part since old cables were 1/2 inch and new ones 3/8. Had to spend $120 to have the adjustment part put in. Best Buy did not have the capabilities to make the adjustment. Overall good choice.

Three gentlemen came to our home to install the dish washer. Before they came, they contacted us several times to inform us the exact time they arrive. They did perfect job in installation. Also, they afforded us a lot of information. We tried to give them some tip but they didn't take it. They were the best installation team we have had.
