KD and assistant from Elite were great. The dishwasher installation was tricky due to tile in front of the old unit and they handled it with ease. Nice guys too.

Installers called when they were en route. They introduced themselves. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They were careful with the install & removal and cleaned up everything. They were also friendly and happy!

They discovered some additional steps needed before the install because of the age of my old dishwasher and how it had been installed. Because of that, there was an extra cost. The crew needed a check written to pay them, and it was fortunate i had a check left in my checkbook.

The installer did a great job and she seemed to know what she was talking about and offered advise on not overusing cleaning agents and also offered advise on not overusing washing machine soap as well.

Installation of replacement dishwasher was flawless. Door is perfectly vertical and flat, and front is completely aligned with counter-top front.Door open/closure is smooth and balanced. The care and attention to leveling and alignment were evident, throughout the installation process. Would ask for this team, for any future appliance installation/repair.

The install team was great. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They did not leave a mess behind, and they showed us how to use the dishwasher before they left. They also tested everything to be sure it worked prior to their leaving.

On time and efficiently did the install. He had to work around an adjacent pipe that interfered with the right side or the dishwasher making it hard to get it to perfectly light up with the counter. That was the fault of the original house builder

The installation service man came and not only they took care of the disposing of the old machine, they fixed the outdated plumbing system so that we are up to code (for extra charge of around $150 if I recall correctly) and installed the new machine for us. They also did a quick run on the machine to make sure it works fine, and it is great!

Very good dishwasher and extremely quiet. Replaced a thirteen year old unit so it took a little getting used, primarily because it does not have a heating/dryer element. Be sure to read and follow the instruction manual to optimize the drying function. Lots of good features for placement of dishes, glasses, utensils, and pans.

I was really pleased with the install process. He called before coming in the timeframe I was given. He was friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after. He was efficient and did a great job. He also answered all my questions I had and gave me recommendations on how to take care of it and keep it well maintained. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Love the 3rd rack option, runs very quiet. A joy to operate

I paid for the installation, which was very expensive, and moreso since i bought 2 dishwashers, and had to pay separately for each one, rather than a discount for the second one or a package deal. The cost was $250 each, totaling $500! The first installation team came and installed both dishwashers in a total of about 30 minutes; and they raised potential problems with the installation even before examining the location of the installation well. Despite recommendations we made, they installed it rapidly and without being thorough. They did not follow standard installation procedures as recommended in the installation booklet. 2 days later. one of the dishwashers fell out of alignment with the other and became loose and wobbly. So I had to call back to have them fix the initial installation. They came back and fixed the problem, but should have reinstalled the 2 dishwashers the right way according to instructions. Rather, they tried to temporarily "fix" a problematic installation, and it took a long time and a lot of my insisting that it be done right before they left. Hopefully, the same initial problem will not present itself again! But Best Buy should insure that its third party installation companies hire competent and careful installers, esp. given the steep cost; and there should be a review undertaken by Best Buy afterwards, to ensure that there is a proper handshake between BB and its installers. I implicitly trust Best Buy but no longer can implicitly trust that its business partners will do the right thing when they deliver and install on behalf of BB!

It took a few caring Best Buy team members to finally make things right. We are extremely grateful! It started and ended with an installer named Carlos who was brave enough and kind enough to do "the right thing". He saw that there was an ongoing problem that no one at customer service call center was able to help us with. His integrity and professionalism should be rewarded!!! We are so thankful and grateful for his compassion! Thank you, Carlos!
