The installers went above and beyond in order to install my new dishwasher. This was not an easy task for them in a home built in 1976. The duo said " we will make this work" and they did!!!The installers that I have had the opportunity to meet from Best Buy have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for having a can do attitude.

Two people arrived to install a dishwasher. Their communication ahead of their arrival was excellent and they arrived when they said they would. They were smart, polite and well-dressed. They even put booties on over their shoes before coming in the house even though I told them that it wasn't necessary. The one element that stopped the install cold was that I have aluminum wiring in the house. Even though I've had other dishwashers hooked up directly to the wiring for over twenty years without an issue, Geek Squad will not connect an appliance to aluminum wiring. That might be only in my area but it would be a good idea if you asked in-store before purchasing the install for this product.

The team that showed up to install the dishwasher were very professional and made the whole process easy and quick!

My husband tried to review this install right after it was done, but I will repeat it here. The installer was excellent, polite, efficient, and very pleasant. His work was especially appreciated since it was done late on an evening just before Christmas.

I'm not sure what happened, but we were very pleased with this installation experience. Previously we've had pretty serious issues, but this appointment was great. It happened on the date scheduled, the installer was on-time/friendly/professional, and the dishwasher works great.

It took 2 tries to get it installed. The first time he could have installed it properly with ease. However, he called his company and they wouldn't let him do it the way I suggested. Too bad. I had to wait a week or so without a dishwasher until they sent someone back out.

Installers did an excellent job. My first schedule was not showed up after waiting my half Saturday then I called to receive a bad message and got promised with compensation gift card. Took many reschedules and tons of calls and few weeks to come and cost my Saturday to get it in. Promise of gift card is fake. Installers and delivery are excellent.

The plumber that delivered and installed our dishwasher was on the grumpy side. I chose not to respond and everything worked out fine. He actually did a great job with the tight fitup.

We had a new dishwasher delivered and installed within two days of purchasing it online. It was delivered and installed on a Saturday, and the delivery came at the beginning of the delivery window. I think the window was between 9 AM - 11 AM and he arrived at 9 AM on the dot. Very impressive. Quick installation and everything works as expected. Very pleasing experience.

My water connection was not originally done correctly, so the delivery team left my old dishwasher hooked up and my new dishwasher in a box in my kitchen. My brother helped me install my dishwasher...it said on the booklet it should sake 1-2 hrs to install (took us almost 5 hrs because I had to run back to town to get a connector). But, it is done and it works, and I only had to "pay" my brother some vegetables from my garden and was reimbursed the installation and haul away charge from Best Buy.

Because on my tile, the installation was very tight. This crew made it fit. They even came back later in the day to make an adjustment when I noticed the door didn't close quite right. Excellent service.

Very good. Went for Bosch because of reliability history. Not as quiet as my GE Profile was overall. Size and rack configuration not as flexible as I thought it would be. It does clean extremely well, dries very well even without a heating element. I was initially concerned about height and concerned there would be visible space at the bottom, but with cover plate attached there was no visible space. Like that it has a built-in Water Softener. The ADA model of the 800 is a little smaller, but a great price for an excellent product.

Quiet dishwasher as well as looks nice and dishes are very clean.

It's impressive how much stuff you can cram into this dishwasher, largely due to the deepest 3rd rack we saw in our search. Dishes come out clean. Plastics come out dry-ish. I still wonder if the (more expensive) Bosch definitely system would do better. All in all a great dishwasher.

The installation of my dishwasher was excellent. The installer took his time and made sure everything was done perfectly. I was very happy with his work.

The installation for my KitchenAid dishwasher could not have been any more smooth. They called a couple nights before the installation was to take place to remind me. They called the morning of the installation (because I was having an afternoon install) to remind me. Then they called me about a half hour before they were to arrive. They arrived about 5 minutes early. The young man (David) was super polite, super quick and still very thorogh. He happened to be Vietnamese as is my wife also Vietnamese. He exlpained everything about the functions of the dishwasher to me in English and then translated everything to my wife in Vietnamese which I was very grateful for him to do. This was the quickest and best installation I've ever had. I don't think you can go wrong with the Geek Squad. I had a 65" LG big screen installed about 3 months ago and had the same experience on that install. Keep up the god work Geek Squad.Super

The installers arrived in the window as expected and installed the New Dishwasher quickly. Best Buy had forgot to send the install kit that I paid for but luckily the installer loaded extra kits "just in case". They were very polite and professional. I am glad that I decided to pay the "Sales Tax" and have it delivered and installed.

The gentleman was very nice and respectful. Answered all questions and did a great job with the install.

My dishwasher performs very well and also very quietly.
