I was nervous when I was told fhat my new dishwasher might not fit into existing space. The installers got it in and it looks amazing. Spent lots of time assuring it was level and everything connected under sink properly. The installers had lots of experience. They were neat and clean. Highly recommend this team of installers!

The guys showed up early. They were very respectful of our home. They did a great job with the install and cleaned up after them selves very well also. They went over the new dishwasher with us and made sure everything worked and that we were happy before they left.

Jon was our service technician that installed our dishwasher. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product. He did a great job explaining the operation of the dishwasher. Very courteous and friendly. Completely cleaned up the work area and took away all the trash that was involved with the delivery. Two thumbs up

This crew was really good bc the head guy called me, and I explained to him that the prior Best Buy team incorrectly installed the dishwasher the first time. He immediately got it, solved the issue correctly during the 2nd install (first install was not done by his team). He also gave my tenants his number to call in case they had further issues. We have had no issue since he came up!

The tech that installed the dishwasher was very knowledgeable about the product. The Bosch dishwasher is so quiet. You don’t even know it’s running.

They did a good job and the dishwasher works as expected. However, the inadvertently pinched the water tube to our refrigerator so the ice maker and water dispenser no longer works.

The team that installed my dishwasher was terrific. They worked together to get the perfect fit, then took the time to show me the features of my new appliances.

They would have installed it for us but we didn’t have time for them to do it so my husband installed it when he had the chance and it works great. I’m sure anyone who is extra handy could do it.

Best part of our Best Buy experience may have been our dishwasher installer. We bought a model on our first trip that was too tall for our space. He caught it as soon as he came in to install, recommended the type that we needed, then was the installer for that one several weeks later. Was very professional, quick and did a great job installing.
