The second installation appointment went great. Experience goes along way. Dishwashers, quiet efficient this is come out amazingly clean.

These guys (three of them) came out on Christmas Eve and installed this dishwasher for my wife (an very pleasant Christmas present!). They installed the dishwasher in about an hour with no issues - fits and looks well in the space - absolutely no issues.

Installing my dishwasher was quite difficult due to the set up in my kitchen, but this team made it work. They were very professional and got the job done. They also had an accident and scratched my wood flooring. They were extremely professional about it and replaced the flooring a week later. Highly recommend this team.

It took a few caring Best Buy team members to finally make things right. We are extremely grateful! It started and ended with an installer named Carlos who was brave enough and kind enough to do "the right thing". He saw that there was an ongoing problem that no one at customer service call center was able to help us with. His integrity and professionalism should be rewarded!!! After several delays due to shortage of installers and a delivery of a damaged product the installation went smoothly. I was given clear information and the cleanup was pristine.

The gentleman that installed my dishwasher was super. It could not have been handled any better. I was a bit nervous about the installation as I wanted the unit to be squared up nicely within the existing opening. The installation was perfect. The installation was handled very efficiently and with great care. I was very happy.

Professional installation for sure! When I came home and saw the dishwasher installed, I was incredibly pleased. It was done better than the original dishwasher installation when the house was built. Love it!

Installation was ok. I could have given a low rating to either BestBuy or the RXO. I requested installation but it was not noted either by BestBuy or RXO. I would put a warning to customers to check carefully on this because it happened on 3 appliances. They were installed after complaining of the miscommunication.

The two gentlemen took out the old dishwasher and installed the new one very efficiently. They left no mess behind and were done quickly.

No leaks and it was done properly, I usually do these things myself, but I've no complaints about the work done.

Great Appliance...Quiet...efficient...a great Value!

The Total Tech Team that installed this as well as the range and over the range microwave did an excellent job. They were very careful and professional and did a great job on the hook ups that replaced older hard wired or hard piped appliances.

The people that they use in this area were great. They spent the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. They even found a small leak that they fixed. That was a separate charge, but well worth it. They guys were great and showed up on time. They also cleaned up any mess they had as well.

It took 2 tries to get it installed. The first time he could have installed it properly with ease. However, he called his company and they wouldn't let him do it the way I suggested. Too bad. I had to wait a week or so without a dishwasher until they sent someone back out.
