Excellent installation by the TotalTech installer. Called to inform me of his anticipated arrival time and did a great job. Very happy with our new dishwasher.

Installation of replacement dishwasher was flawless. Door is perfectly vertical and flat, and front is completely aligned with counter-top front.Door open/closure is smooth and balanced. The care and attention to leveling and alignment were evident, throughout the installation process. Would ask for this team, for any future appliance installation/repair.

I'm not sure what happened, but we were very pleased with this installation experience. Previously we've had pretty serious issues, but this appointment was great. It happened on the date scheduled, the installer was on-time/friendly/professional, and the dishwasher works great.

Very good dishwasher and extremely quiet. Replaced a thirteen year old unit so it took a little getting used, primarily because it does not have a heating/dryer element. Be sure to read and follow the instruction manual to optimize the drying function. Lots of good features for placement of dishes, glasses, utensils, and pans.

The installation went very well. The installers did a nice job and were done quickly. We should have been told in the store that an outlet needed to be installed and the dishwasher plugged in for installation (no hardwiring allowed anymore by code) , however. This could have been done in advance.

The installation service man came and not only they took care of the disposing of the old machine, they fixed the outdated plumbing system so that we are up to code (for extra charge of around $150 if I recall correctly) and installed the new machine for us. They also did a quick run on the machine to make sure it works fine, and it is great!

It takes a long time for it to run and then if you don’t put it on extra dry, the dishes do not come out dry otherwise it runs perfect

Prompt, professional service. They installed my new dishwasher like they would at their own home, not only was it up to code, they properly cleaned out the cavity after removing the old one. From the mess in there, I can't say for sure that whoever installed the old one had cleaned it beforehand. They gave clear instructions on how to operate it and care for it. Was really glad for their help. (And to have a working dishwasher again)

The technician was very careful when installing the dishwasher so that he didn't damage the floor. He verified that everything was in working order before leaving. He cleaned everything before leaving.

Installers were very professional. They knew exactly what to do to install the dishwasher into my odd cut out area.

The installation for my KitchenAid dishwasher could not have been any more smooth. They called a couple nights before the installation was to take place to remind me. They called the morning of the installation (because I was having an afternoon install) to remind me. Then they called me about a half hour before they were to arrive. They arrived about 5 minutes early. The young man (David) was super polite, super quick and still very thorogh. He happened to be Vietnamese as is my wife also Vietnamese. He exlpained everything about the functions of the dishwasher to me in English and then translated everything to my wife in Vietnamese which I was very grateful for him to do. This was the quickest and best installation I've ever had. I don't think you can go wrong with the Geek Squad. I had a 65" LG big screen installed about 3 months ago and had the same experience on that install. Keep up the god work Geek Squad.Super

My water connection was not originally done correctly, so the delivery team left my old dishwasher hooked up and my new dishwasher in a box in my kitchen. My brother helped me install my dishwasher...it said on the booklet it should sake 1-2 hrs to install (took us almost 5 hrs because I had to run back to town to get a connector). But, it is done and it works, and I only had to "pay" my brother some vegetables from my garden and was reimbursed the installation and haul away charge from Best Buy.

The guy did a fabulous job! Polite and efficient. Cleaned up after himself, which was a huge plus for me.

Install was quick and seamless. Loved how installer gave tips and guidance on how to use along with monthly checks to be performed.

Love the 3rd rack option, runs very quiet. A joy to operate

It's impressive how much stuff you can cram into this dishwasher, largely due to the deepest 3rd rack we saw in our search. Dishes come out clean. Plastics come out dry-ish. I still wonder if the (more expensive) Bosch definitely system would do better. All in all a great dishwasher.

The installion team were amazing. Incredibly helpful professional and gave a bunch of great tips. Could not recommend them more. Had a bad experience previously with Best Buy but these two were so good I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. An absolute home run

They did a good job and the dishwasher works as expected. However, the inadvertently pinched the water tube to our refrigerator so the ice maker and water dispenser no longer works.

The plumber that delivered and installed our dishwasher was on the grumpy side. I chose not to respond and everything worked out fine. He actually did a great job with the tight fitup.
