The installers were prompt and professional. They installed my dishwasher with care. So much easier than trying to do it myself

Our installers were great. They did not arrive inside the delivery window because of problems earlier in the day and perhaps being over-scheduled, but they worked quickly and efficiently, took the time to go over the appliances and answer questions, and cleaned up and hauled off all of the packaging. Well worth the fee.

We are in love with all of the Whirlpool appliances we bought. The dishwasher is excellent and we are very pleased. At first we thought there may be an issue with the unit as our dishes stopped drying during the heated dry cycle, then we realized we needed to put in more jetdry drying agent. Now things are as they should be.

I had thought about buying the installation kit and installing my new Samsung dishwasher myself. The salesperson pointed out to me that purchasing the installation included the kit and in essence cost me nothing. I'm sure glad I let a pro do it. It was done right and cost me nothing other than the kit.

Pleasant crew and clean, well working install. Washer is very quiet as hoped. Only issue was installers left with all paperwork, so no warranty info, no Operating manual, etc.

The installer was in time and called me prior to arrival. He was quick, friendly and professorial. The new dishwasher was up and running within an hour. The old dishwasher was removed with no problems. Overall great experience and no complaints.

Installation of my dishwasher was very smooth! They called and asked if they come deliver it early and I was thrilled to say yes. They removed my old dishwasher, installed my new one and showed me how to operate it. They were very nice guys.

This was challenging to install deep enough to fit properly. The installer had to go the extra mile, but, fortunately, he did and the dishwasher fits just right. Thank you.

Thank you to Chris and Chris out of Atlanta for your patience in removing the old diswahsher and your expertise in the installation of my new Cafe. Best Buy’s all day wait was a bit much but im glad for the service. I will be returning the $35 Install Kit which is never needed on this model.

Very nice dishwasher. Quiet. Extra upper shelf cleans silverware,etc. leaving added room below. Have not used all the additional settings yet. Its also a Smart appliance!

The installers did a great job, and didn't take long to finish the job, probably 30 minutes or so, which even included taking out the old dishwasher. Make sure when you have a dishwasher installed to clear the path for the Technicians, that the new dishwasher will fit through whatever door to your home, as well as the opening where the dishwasher will be placed so as not to create any unfortunate delays. This makes the installer's job much easier and they can be as efficient as possible.

The men at Best Buy who came and installed my dishwasher, refrigerator and washer & dryer were professional, fast but efficient on installing and all four products purchased & installed are still working and going strong after 2.5 years!! I would recommend the professionals at Best Buy to install.

I think the installation company owner installed my dishwasher. He was very nice and had to do everything himself because his helper called off that day. Anyway, he did a good job, but he told me he was going to show me how to clean the filter, but in the end we both forgot. Also, he never mentioned an owner ’s manual, so I don't have one. ( I guess only online?) Also, he left a tool behind. I let him know, but he never came back for it despite saying he was going to. I waited all day( didn't go anywhere ) for him to return to pick tool up. That part was kind of aggravating.

The technician who installed my new KitchenAid dishwasher arrived on time and did a very professional job on the installation. My old dishwasher was installed over 20 years ago and he had to slightly modify the plumbing for the new unit. This was no problem to him and the new machine looks and runs great.
