Install team installed the dishwasher quickly and without issues.

They did a good job, and worked pretty quickly overall.

The crew was professional, quick and knew what they were doing. They installed the installed the dishwasher in a clean, professional manner, and answered all our questions. We are certainly enjoying our new Whirlpool dishwasher! It is beautiful and efficient. And really quiet!

Rannie and his assistant were very professional. They were timely, clean, courteous, and efficient; moreover, they maintained a friendly attitude and explained what they were doing in a way that was thoroughly helpful and not the least condescending. Bravo.

I was expecting a Professional person to come out to install my new dishwasher, especially since I was charged for one. Instead I get an Unprofessional KID that called 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled time, to tell me he would be here in 20 minutes with my dishwasher! He shows up & looks under my sink where he has to hook up the hose & tells me that he was unable to do it & he left!! I called to speak to a Supervisor regarding this & was told they would have one call back within an hour. No one called me, so I called back after 2 hours. They again told me they would have someone call me within an hour, again no one called ALL DAY! I call the next day & spoke with a VERY RUDE person named EMILY, supposedly a SUPERVISOR in the National Headquarters. I told her to just Refund my money that I was charged for the installation, because at this point my husband said he'd put it in himself. I didn't get anywhere with her either because she said she would only talk to my husband about this. Not a very good person, if she was a SUPERVISOR & where she said she was, to have in that position in the 1st place! My husband does NOT care to do business here again because of how I was treated. We USED to spend ALOT of money here

Installation crew was great! They made every effort to install the dishwasher well. It looks great.

What a fantastic job the guys did! It was quick and professional. They cleaned the area under the older dishwasher which had been there for 19 years installed the new one perfectly. They explained how to use it and they hauled away the old one.

I am very happy with the Whirlpool dishwasher I purchased from Best Buy! I ordered it online at a great price. It was delivered & my old dishwasher hauled away for free, and my new one installed for a reasonable price. The installation was efficient & professional. The dishwasher works great & is very quiet!! Very happy with the product & the service!!

After several delays due to shortage of installers and a delivery of a damaged product the installation went smoothly. I was given clear information and the cleanup was pristine.

It takes a long time for it to run and then if you don’t put it on extra dry, the dishes do not come out dry otherwise it runs perfect

Frankly, I was expecting a lousy job. But the technician was very professional and did everything without creating a mess or causing trouble. He could have used another pair of hands to help haul the machines in and out of the house but, apparently, there was no one available to come with him. So, I offered some minor help, which I didn't mind at all.

The guys did a very good job, professional, quick, and cleaned up nicely. Free advice, check your shut off valve to dishwasher. Make sure it turns freely. Lubricate it if necessary. They wanted to charge to replace it but I just used some spray and all was well.

Friendly team. Very quick install of less than one hour. Explained everything. I will be looking for my next major appliance or electronics purchase from Best Buy.

The gentle that installed the dish washer was very knowledgeable. My old dish washer was still good. The electrician that put in the disposal did not release a plug on it so the water would drain from dish washer. He did an excellent job installing.

Install was quick and seamless. Loved how installer gave tips and guidance on how to use along with monthly checks to be performed.

The install was tricky and they stayed and made sure the job was completed.

Crew was competent. They protected the floor for possible damaging during installation, they tested the product to make sure it was perfectly working before leaving and they were polite and respectful.

Delivery was on schedule and organized; communication was good ahead of the installation. Unfortunately, I discovered a couple weeks later that the dishwasher was heavily damaged and leaking onto my subfloor and basement. Maintenance technician's assessment is that the machine was dropped. Best Buy's return policy is horrible and now I'm stuck with a washer that the manufacturer says is not repairable. Do not recommend buying any appliances from Best Buy!

Our installer, Dave ,was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our first unit would not shut off after installation. We called Dave and he knew what the problem was. He recommended we replace unit. He called Best Buy and took care of all arrangements to get it replaced. I didn't have to do a thing. The new unit runs great.
