We are having our wood floors reserviced and I noticed the toe panel was installed wrong. I checked the installation book and noticed that mounting brackets should have been supplied with the unit and installed for fastening the toe panel. These brackets are missing and extra holes were punched in the panel and the 2 mounting screws were installed at an angle to the wrong place. The rubber flap is supposed to be installed behind these brackets and then folded behind the panel. Since I still have the PROTECTION PLAN, I THINK Best Buy should supply these for a correct installation,

The team that installed our GE dishwasher was the same team that installed our GE microwave a few months earlier.

The installer did a perfect job this time. The unit was not centered properly the first time. Truthfully, this dishwasher barely, Just barely, was able to fit inside the available cabinet space. The installer did a magnificent job and getting it in there.

We were concerned that there would be a problem removing our old dishwasher as the space was tight. It was no problem for the installers. They were done with the installation in 40 minutes from the time the truck entered the driveway. Very clean and quiet. Absolutely nothing left behind. Nothing broken or scarred.

I had a very difficult experience with the dishwasher that I ordered. It came damaged from the manufacturer to the point that the front door would not close. This was noticed before the appliance was even removed from the back of the truck by the technician, though sadly not before we removed the old one and moved it out of my house. He offered to re-install my old dishwasher for the time being and haul the damaged one back to the warehouse. After a lot of fighting to get everything straightened out with Best Buy, I ended up coincidentally getting the same technician to come back to my house to install the same model appliance at a later date (this time not a damaged appliance). He said he had wondered how things went as a little over 3 weeks had gone by since he had visited my house and he hadn't received a call to come back. He went above and beyond to try to help me sort things out the second time he came to my house. I can't give him anything short of 5 stars considering he dealt with some of the confusion himself and went through the hassle of re-installing my old dishwasher on his first visit to make sure I didn't go without for 3 weeks.

Cabinet area was slightly off kilter which made install for dishwasher a bit difficult. Installers did reasonably good job to align dishwasher into cabinet area allowing door opening / closing to be acceptable.

I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job, less than an hour from delivery to install to hauling the old unit away. The install looks professional as well, everything is level and flush. Highly recommended and a bargain compared to your local plumber.

This was challenging to install deep enough to fit properly. The installer had to go the extra mile, but, fortunately, he did and the dishwasher fits just right. Thank you.

Our install guys were very professional. Made sure the wood floor was well covered so as not to get scratched. He took the time to do a quality install. One minor part was not in the install kit, so the next day he got the part from the local Best Buy and came past to put it in. Very happy with their work.

The dishwasher is nice and quiet. The installer was nice and courteous however he said I needed a plug and another water connection that the old dishwasher did not have. He charged another 350 over and above the 225 install I had already paid to Best Buy. I’m not sure if this is always done but I didn’t have a choice for him to install. He was prompt and didn’t take much time. I ended up paying more for the install than the dishwasher.

Very nice dishwasher. Quiet. Extra upper shelf cleans silverware,etc. leaving added room below. Have not used all the additional settings yet. Its also a Smart appliance!

Quiet and efficient dishwasher ; dishes sparkle! We had Best Buy do the installation and were more than pleased with the results. The technician was very knowledgeable and conscientious with the hookup which was refreshing and much appreciated. We love the stainless steel inside and the option of a pull down rack for stemware

The dishwasher is quiet and cleans dishes very well. Loading the dishwasher can be awkward as the racks are not flexible enough to accommodate a lot of dishes. The bottom rack also slips off track too easily.

The two gentlemen who installed our dishwasher today we're without a doubt the best installers I have dealt with in a long time. They were polite, respectful of my house and extremely competent. They installed my dishwasher and over the range microwave, removed the old appliances and were done in 30 minutes. Outstanding!
