The three guys who came to install our appliances were very pleasant and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed everything with the minimum of fuss, and very quickly. We really appreciated what they did for us. I hope Best Buy appreciate the work these guys do. We certainly did.

They would have installed it for us but we didn’t have time for them to do it so my husband installed it when he had the chance and it works great. I’m sure anyone who is extra handy could do it.

Two installs because the first machine had cosmetic damage on the door and the door could not be replaced. First install was by one pleasant guy who was efficient and quality minded. Second install by a two-man crew was unpleasant. One complained that having to replace a machine because of cosmetic damage was "unnecessary". Then they didn't complete the install to the quality of the first install. I had to fix sharp edges that would have caused cuts. Four stars ONLY because the first install was so good.

On time, prepared and knowledgeable. We felt good overall with our purchase of the product and the installation that followed.

Team showed up on time, came in professionally assessed the situation, out with the old and in with the new. The old one had been installed improperly a year or so ago, and the new installers showed me the difference in what they had done wrong and how he was putting the new one in.. in and out in 15-30 minutes.. they were not best buy employees but sub contractors, but they were real pros! Defintely worth the price paid for the service

After several delays due to shortage of installers and a delivery of a damaged product the installation went smoothly. I was given clear information and the cleanup was pristine.

Will and Brandon were great. They called to let me know they were coming. They were very polite and did a thorough job. When the first unit didn't work when I tried to wash the first load, they came back the next day to look at it. They also installed the second unit doing another great job.

The Men N that did the Install Called ahead asked if they Could show up at a Certain Time to Install Dishwasher. They Showed up Took out Old and Installed the New One. This Took a Total of 25 Minutes. Quick Service. Very and Courtious Installers

The installation crew was fantastic! They had everything done in a timely manner. They left the area clean. Products work fantastic. They were clear and knowledgeable about the use of the appliances. Would call them to install anything in my home. Highly recommend. A+++

I purchased an Insignia dishwasher to replace a Samsung that died in less than 3 years at a rental. Delivery and install were perfect. They called to let me know they were on the way and then finished the work with no problems.

The installer was great. He was very professional and neat about his work.

It cleans well. I'm just not convinced that it cleans any better than my 15 Year old machine. I will try different soaps. It's more than satisfactory. I'm glad I bought it. Very professional looking. Handle is stylish and sturdy.

Installer called the day before to confirm appt and that someone 18 would be home. They arrived and literally had our old broken LG out and a shiny new KitchenAid running its initial rinse/run in less than 1 hour. I wish I got their names, but they were great! Really nice people.

Excellent install - FREE with our one year Geek Squad program for the first year … excellent install under our granite countertop. The workers were very professional & did a great job, cleaned up and took our old dishwasher & box.
