They did a good job, and worked pretty quickly overall.

Premier appliance dishwasher install went really well. They come within the time frame. Gives customer a heads up 15-30 mins that they are about to arrive. Great work.

The installation was perfect. The installer came in, uninstalled the old one and made sure no scratch or dent on the floor or walls and came installed the new one. He even showed us all the features and functions. Simply pleasing.

Three gentlemen came to our home to install the dish washer. Before they came, they contacted us several times to inform us the exact time they arrive. They did perfect job in installation. Also, they afforded us a lot of information. We tried to give them some tip but they didn't take it. They were the best installation team we have had.

We are having our wood floors reserviced and I noticed the toe panel was installed wrong. I checked the installation book and noticed that mounting brackets should have been supplied with the unit and installed for fastening the toe panel. These brackets are missing and extra holes were punched in the panel and the 2 mounting screws were installed at an angle to the wrong place. The rubber flap is supposed to be installed behind these brackets and then folded behind the panel. Since I still have the PROTECTION PLAN, I THINK Best Buy should supply these for a correct installation,

I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job, less than an hour from delivery to install to hauling the old unit away. The install looks professional as well, everything is level and flush. Highly recommended and a bargain compared to your local plumber.

I was expecting a Professional person to come out to install my new dishwasher, especially since I was charged for one. Instead I get an Unprofessional KID that called 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled time, to tell me he would be here in 20 minutes with my dishwasher! He shows up & looks under my sink where he has to hook up the hose & tells me that he was unable to do it & he left!! I called to speak to a Supervisor regarding this & was told they would have one call back within an hour. No one called me, so I called back after 2 hours. They again told me they would have someone call me within an hour, again no one called ALL DAY! I call the next day & spoke with a VERY RUDE person named EMILY, supposedly a SUPERVISOR in the National Headquarters. I told her to just Refund my money that I was charged for the installation, because at this point my husband said he'd put it in himself. I didn't get anywhere with her either because she said she would only talk to my husband about this. Not a very good person, if she was a SUPERVISOR & where she said she was, to have in that position in the 1st place! My husband does NOT care to do business here again because of how I was treated. We USED to spend ALOT of money here

Install team installed the dishwasher quickly and without issues.

The were lots of problems with the delivery scheduling. However, the installation tech was great. Dishwasher works post install- so far so good.

The men came to install the dishwasher and could not do so--it didn't fit! The appliance was 3/16 of an inch too big. I wish someone had helped my figure out dimensions before I bought it. It had to be returned.

I am very happy with the Whirlpool dishwasher I purchased from Best Buy! I ordered it online at a great price. It was delivered & my old dishwasher hauled away for free, and my new one installed for a reasonable price. The installation was efficient & professional. The dishwasher works great & is very quiet!! Very happy with the product & the service!!

Crew showed up within the time frame. Friendly knowledgeable about the product and process. Saved me the DYI hassles of several trips to the garage and or hardware store

The guys showed up early. They were very respectful of our home. They did a great job with the install and cleaned up after them selves very well also. They went over the new dishwasher with us and made sure everything worked and that we were happy before they left.

The two guys that came out were probably the most precise and best dudes ever. They did awesome work.

Frankly, I was expecting a lousy job. But the technician was very professional and did everything without creating a mess or causing trouble. He could have used another pair of hands to help haul the machines in and out of the house but, apparently, there was no one available to come with him. So, I offered some minor help, which I didn't mind at all.

Hector arrived on time, after calling earlier to confirm. Then he went right to work, and soon the busted machine was outside. In just a few minutes, the new machine was in place and connected. I had overlooked a couple of bottles in his way, and he quietly moved them and pushed the new diswasher in place. When it was fully connectedf, he gave me a complete lesson in how to operate it, along with some sample soap and rinsing fluids. And he cleaned up and left me happy with a new and working dishwasher

Our installer, Dave ,was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our first unit would not shut off after installation. We called Dave and he knew what the problem was. He recommended we replace unit. He called Best Buy and took care of all arrangements to get it replaced. I didn't have to do a thing. The new unit runs great.
