The install (and removal of the old dishwasher) was pretty straightforward and I had no issues in the process. Delivered, installed, and hauled away the old one with no problems.

The Geek Squad quickly installed our new Samsung dishwasher. They tested it to make sure it worked properly and left their contact info if we had any problems or questions. They were professional and removed all garbage along with the old dishwasher. Outstanding crew. Thank you Best Buy.

Installers showed good knowledge installing our new dishwasher. They had to make an adjustment to their initial plan, but did so without pause. They cleaned up everything and wiped down all surfaces!

We.ordered a Samsung dishwasher along with install. We had to postpone the delivery for a week. We needed a GFI installed before the dishwasher would be operational. BestBuy gave us a new date and afternoon delivery & install time. On the day of delivery we were called and told they were running early and would be at our residence two hours early.. The delivery personnel came and were very courteous and professional. I already removed the old dishwasher because of the install of the GFI.. They installed the Samsung and hauled the old dishwasher away. We were pleased with the results.

The team that delivered and installed our new dishwasher did an excellent job. They moved quickly and got it up and running in no time. They explained how to use it properly before they left! Great guys! Great job! I love my new dishwasher!

The Lonestar installation team was great. Worked efficiently, cleaned up all waste materials, tested the dishwasher and explained its operation to me.

The technicians that came to install my new dishwasher were very knowledgable. The old dishwasher came out quickly and the new went in easily. They were courteous and explained how to run it which saved me time reading over the instruction manual. Total time to install was under 45 minutes.

2 servicemen spent about 30 minutes installing and taking old dishwasher out. Everything installed and works great. They explained everything they did and showed how to use the dishwasher.

Our installer was excellent installing our new dishwasher. Did a clean job with his highly skills. He made sure he was careful around cabinets & cleans & wiped everything off when finished. Definitely have them install again. Thanks you!

I got a narrower window for delivery and they kept to it. They were efficient cortious and explained in simple terms how to use the appliance. Absolutely no complaints

The gentleman that installed my diswasher was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to make sure that we were competely satisfied with everything. He answered all our questions and even explained some features not discussed in the store. Excellent experience.

Installers were great. Friendly, efficient. Until they left. When I tried to run a cycle Got an “E:24” number! Drain pump blocked. Installers came back, checked, said I needed a replacement. So far no follow up.

The gentleman that installed my dishwasher were great. It only took about 30 mins and they were done. They took the old one away as well. They also showed me how to use it, didn’t even have to read the directions they did so well.

Disappointed that the Geek Squad did not do the installation. I went to Best Buy for the Geek Squad. Also very disappointed that you cannot speak to anyone locally regarding scheduling or problems. I was told the people on the phone are working "off shore". Some are gard to understand and rude.
