Installation was done in a very professional manner. The technician was experienced and very qualified. Covid protocols were followed. Note: The supply water value must be operational in order to turn off and before installation can be done.

They were in and out in no time. There was no muss, no fuss, and even delivering to and removing from a second floor kitchen made no difference at all to the process. Very professional.

The installers did a careful and complete installation. I am very impressed by the lengths they went to insure the dishwasher was correctly placed and hooked up. They were polite and cheerful and safe. Kudos to these hard workers!

At first it came without a footplate but that was fixed in a couple days.

Crew carefully hooked up our dishwasher with the kit they brought. They were totally professional and were careful that there were no leaks.

This is a very nice product. Quieter than the previous models I've had. Gets the dishes very clean. I love the third rack and the design of the flatware basket.. it holds forks upright and separated so all flatware gets clean.

Pleasant crew and clean, well working install. Washer is very quiet as hoped. Only issue was installers left with all paperwork, so no warranty info, no Operating manual, etc.

My dishwasher installation was quick and efficient. I was informed I would need a plug installed, not hardwired. The two gentlemen did that for me too. I am sorry, I forgot there names. They were very polite and kept me informed.

Great dishwasher for the price. On average a normal cycle goes about 2 1/2 hours. Cleans the dishes well. I bought this dishwasher because of three things; 1.) it had racks that let me decide how I want to put the dishes in the dishwasher. I’m not a fan of all the bent tines that don’t fit larger bowls or pits and pans, 2.) the utensil basket is on the door instead of taking up valuable room on the lower rack, 3.) I like to see when my dishes are done and be able to see the controls while my dishes are washing, the controls on the front instead of on the top of the door was a must for me. The price was not a factor for me but a pleasant surprise given that I bought it specifically for those features. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, so far so good!

I had thought about buying the installation kit and installing my new Samsung dishwasher myself. The salesperson pointed out to me that purchasing the installation included the kit and in essence cost me nothing. I'm sure glad I let a pro do it. It was done right and cost me nothing other than the kit.

The install team was excellent and were very detailed and knowledgeable about the product install. They explained every thing and were respectful of my home.

the serviceman was friendly polite and extremely careful bringing the item in. The installation was professional and looks great, he obviously knew what he was doing. couldn't be happier with the work performed. Would definitely let him do work for us again.

The men at Best Buy who came and installed my dishwasher, refrigerator and washer & dryer were professional, fast but efficient on installing and all four products purchased & installed are still working and going strong after 2.5 years!! I would recommend the professionals at Best Buy to install.

Michael installed my dishwasher and did an amazing job. Not only did he take the old one out and install the new one, but we noticed that the weight of the countertop was giving on the cabinets and dishwasher due to the previous owner not securing the dishwasher completely. Michael went above an beyond to ensure the dishwasher was not only installed correctly but also made sure it was secured. Amazing service!

Great Appliance...Quiet...efficient...a great Value!

Best installer ever! This was a tight space and he was patient and careful and explained everything he was doing. Tested it for leaks and working parts and I love this dishwasher! He was clean, respectful of property and surroundings and knowledgeable. Fits better than the previous dishwasher.

Our installers were great. They did not arrive inside the delivery window because of problems earlier in the day and perhaps being over-scheduled, but they worked quickly and efficiently, took the time to go over the appliances and answer questions, and cleaned up and hauled off all of the packaging. Well worth the fee.

Jose and the other man who installed the dishwasher did a great job both removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one, leveling it, and testing it. The cost of the installation was really high, though, when you add up all the additional costs.

The technician who installed my new KitchenAid dishwasher arrived on time and did a very professional job on the installation. My old dishwasher was installed over 20 years ago and he had to slightly modify the plumbing for the new unit. This was no problem to him and the new machine looks and runs great.

We are in love with all of the Whirlpool appliances we bought. The dishwasher is excellent and we are very pleased. At first we thought there may be an issue with the unit as our dishes stopped drying during the heated dry cycle, then we realized we needed to put in more jetdry drying agent. Now things are as they should be.
