I expected a good dishwasher and got it with the second one. There were issues with the first one so it had to be replaced. I am happy with it now and it performs the way I expected it to.

Washes well, dries beautifully. It is SO much better than our last expensive Samsung which had to be repaired twice within 2 years! This unit is much more spacious inside and has a better lay out.

Not sure where the breakdown lied . First day The installer didn’t read instructions that The product had to be delivered at the Houstonian Estates before five. No show and didn’t Call to explanin problem. Called Julio , the salesman, who was very courteous but had to call him again the second day after not hearing from him to find out when it would be Delivered . James, the second instLler, was excellent alerting me to a problem with connecting to electricity . Very helpful and courteous. Finally got it connected and it works great .

Quick install. Only issue was an electrical change that required an outlet to be installed, which cost extra. Lesson learned - understand the codes changes since your last installation.

The technicians who did the install were respectful of our cabinets and countertops which we really appreciated. They were very quick, everything is working great.

I haven't used this dishwasher much, however, it has worked well so far during the times that I did use it. It looks great and has different cycles.

The Lonestar installation team was great. Worked efficiently, cleaned up all waste materials, tested the dishwasher and explained its operation to me.

Had to have 2nd install as 1st was leaking (no reason could be found why) but both times the installers were very careful so as not to scratch new vinyl flooring. Neat and cleaned up packing materials and wiped off front panel and tested wash cycle to be sure working properly before leaving.

I enjoy my new microwave, timing was perfect, right before the holidays! I am pleased with how it works.!

The service team that installed my new dishwasher was top notch. They were extremely polite and answered all my questions while completing the installation without any problems. This is the first time I have ordered installation service through best buy and would highly recommend for dishwasher servicing.

Dishwasher is great...Installation was a nightmare and BB hasn't responded to my complaints.

I have only had the dishwasher for a week, but all seems to be working well. There is a dent in the front panel, but Best Buy responded appropriately and I already have an appointment for them to return and replace the panel. Overall, I am happy with the installation and customer service in dealing with the issue.

The Bosch dishwasher is awesome! I bought a new home in which all products were lesser models. For months I endured having greasy film and dirty dishes with the Whirlpool dishwasher. I tried everything! I purchased cleaning products! I finally decided to buy a Bosch! I had a Bosch in my previous home. It was a larger model and I could NOT bring it with us! I now have clean dishes every time! I would like to add the following! The gentleman that installed our dishwasher was awesome! They worked as a great cohesive team. The installation crew did a great job and I was very pleased. The young man gave me a thorough rundown on how to operate our new dishwasher! Please provide this team with lots of installation appointments as they would never disappoint! Three HURRAHS for this Awesome team!

The Geek Squad installers did a good job and I have no complaints with their performance. They were friendly and professional the whole time of the installation. Best Buy from the store to whoever schedules the installations needs some serious overhaul in communication between all parties involved in the process. They gave me a date to expect delivery of the dishwasher and a contracted plumber locally to install on a later date. The delivery date came and went. I contacted them the next day and they acted as if I should have known they'd be sending it a few days later than they originally told me to expect it. I was peeved but I said okay. I then get a call from the plumber wanting to know why I had canceled the installation appointment. I called Best Buy to find out that not only were they going to deliver but Geek Squad was coming with it to install. Previous to this the plumber called me back to say that he'd contacted BB and was working with them to schedule an appointment to replace the canceled one. I called them next week and they were still expecting to install it after it had already been done. I shouldn't have had to take it upon myself to let the plumber know it had been done in house. It got sorted out in the end but I'll bet contractors hate big companies with an attitude toward them like shown here.

The guys that installed it was pretty quick and did a good job. I was a little nervous at first as the drive up in an unmarked truck. They were contracted by Best Buy. I was expecting a Best Buy delivery employee. I just feel a little more comfortable with that. They did a good job though.

Knowledgeable and quick. Knew what to do when install had a hiccup.

Only one person was sent to install a dishwasher, stove, and standing deep freezer. He was very polite, efficient, and quick. I would recommend him for a raise.
