He did a great job! He had to improvise to get the new dishwasher into a space that the old one had been for 25 years!! He cleaned up the connection areas and got the new one running quickly and efficiently. Great job!

honestly the dishwasher is technically installed, which is great, and so the service was technically completed, but they also 1) took longer than anticipated 2) apparently (from plumber friend) overcharged 3) broke / further contributed to the breaking of sink fixture... so its like... thanks? I think; will be going with friend for all future purchases tho I think

Best Buy has gotten too big for their britches as my father would say. When you call for service be prepared to jump through numerous hoops just to state your issue! Which is a level of stress all it's own. I purchased a dishwasher back in July "24 and after each use I noticed a awful smell, well the dirty water wasn't draining out completely. I call Best Buy and after 30 plus minutes Im able to reach a human only to be told that its still under the manufacturer warranty so call them instead. Wow, some customer service. So I do just that, their service representative comes out and in less then 5 minutes tells me my water line was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they ( manufacturer) does not do corrections on installs . Back to call BB and playing the phone game....finally I convince a representative to send out someone. They come and run a cycle adjust the door and ask to use my bathroom???? And then they were gone. BUT, get this, THEY reported that the problem wasn't corrected themselves. As a result BB called me back saying that they would have someone else come out. The last individual was extremely professional (no bathroom breaks) :) took the dishwasher apart, readjusted the water line, ran several cycles to correct the problem. Every service repairman should be this precise. This has been a nightmare all because I wanted to upgrade to stainless steel my old white appliances worked FINE now im paying the price in more ways than one just for the newest trend I get a free headache.

The men who installed my dishwasher were subcontractors, not Best Buy employees. The men were very knowledgeable and were very efficient. What would have been nice was if there was some way to give a heads up as to what was required in order for them to do the install. In my case, there were plumbing parts I could have purchased ahead of time because of the building codes in my city. They charged me $75 each for a shut off valve and a water hammer and also had to charge to pull a plumbing permit. So even though you pay for installation, you still end up paying the installers more money to install it up to code.

O Installed very quicly and efficiently. Installer was very knowledgeable andsolved all issues that arose.

The guys installed all appliances in three hours. With the dishwasher, they ran it through a full cycle to make sure it worked fine without leaks and that was appreciated.

Excellent seemless install by a very professional installer. Very impressed. Dishwasher instructions and testing gave me all I needed to be confident in my new Bosch dishwasher.

The installation tech was outstanding. The dishwasher installation was a little tricky due to the type of floor and counter tops we have and he took the time to make sure that it was done correctly and without any damage.

The team of 2 guys were great. Had a little trouble with the install but these guys came prepared to make modification.

Maurice installed my Kitchenaid dishwasher swiftly and efficiently. He was very nice and explained the features and how to use it. I am scheduled to receive a new washer and a new dryer next week. I hope he is the installer again.

The reinstall of the dishwasher went well and we were pleased with how it went. The installer was professional as well.

The two gentlemen who delivered the dishwasher got it into the kitchen with no trouble, removed the old dishwasher, and installed the new one in about 30 minutes. No problems with them and they were extremely efficient and friendly.

John took care of everything. He removed the old machine upgraded the install to 10 foot hoses. made all adjustments and leveled the machine. No problem getting the machine in over the floor tile. Excellent job!

Jason was fantastic. Was very fast and efficient. Made sure equipment was covered and clean when entering my house. Was careful not to damage anything. Offerd to haul my old disheasher away and went over features and made sure it worked and wasnt leaking before leaving

After a botched installation 2+ months earlier and much hassle with Best Buy to get someone scheduled to come fix it, this team arrived on time and fixed the problem in record time. Wish they had been the original installers!

They are very careful moving misc away in the kitchen. Cleaned up everything afterwards. More importantly installed the dishwasher with much attention to detail, fully tested it and informed me how to operate the dishwasher. The dishwasher runs so quietly and everything comes out clean.

My installer was professional, friendly, and informative. He told me more about the product and it's features, than the sales guy! It was installed neatly, they took my old one to the curb for garbage day, and then he showed me how to use my new dishwasher. Very pleased with the service.

Our plumber installed the dishwasher, not the Best Buy guys. Since it was a replacement the job was pretty much an "in and out" deal. It works.
