nice crew quick installation......................

Purchased a Maytag dishwasher delivered and installed. We were replacing a 25 + year old unit. Service tech was fast, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the finished work. Since the delivery and installation is a $200. value it added to our decision to purchase it at Best Buy.

The guys who did my installation seemed very experienced and quickly got things done. Leveling the dishwasher seemed to take a while. Unfortunately, in the process of leveling, the installers managed to scratch the control panel on the cabinet mounting tabs. My wife and I weren't very pleased with this. Best Buy did remedy the situation. I easily could have done the job, but the install came free with the dishwasher purchase.

Without going into too much detail, the first install was awful, they were hours late and ended up not installing because they claimed the 6 foot hose I had to buy was not long enough. This caused a 2 month delay in getting it installed. Second installers were awesome. Arrived on time, and even though I bought a longer hose for them to use, they installed using the best buy 6 foot hose with no issue. Second guys great, first guys awful, both from the same XPO delivery company. Guess it just depends who you get.

The installation of the dishwasher was great. They removed the really old one...made improvements to electrical outlet, vacuumed dust bunnies and placed new one. They were both very careful with the cabinets, floor and new dishwasher. I'd recommend Best Buy any day. Thanks for such a great service.

Installer was very efficient. Easily removed old dishwasher and carted it away. Took about 20 minutes to hook up new one.

The installer showed up on time did the install and left no media behind. He did a great job.

The installation of our Bosch dishwasher was perfect. We had problems with the performance of the dishwasher and Best Buy replaced it. Both installers did a great job. Both installers were professional and extremely competent as well as very respectful of our property. Highly recommended!

Both guys handled the dishwasher better than the other delivery guys who may have damaged the two previous ones. These guys did great with the installation too. They were pleasant, fast, and neat. Greatly appreciated their professionalism.

The guys that installed my dishwasher were awesome, they had a little trouble getting it in there due to space issues and some other things but they took the time to make sure it was in there correctly and did an awesome job, I would definitely want to have them come back anytime I needed stuff installed. Thank you.

Team was very knowledgeable and even fixed an issue that occurred in a previous installation not handled by the them with no complaints. Very nice.

I would suggest that you know what type of electrical set-up you have before you arrange for an install or replacement. We replaced our existing dishwasher and didn’t realize that the electrical for the old was in an odd place that wouldn’t match the electrical setup for the new dishwasher. We had to pay an additional charge to convert the electrical box. Other than that, the installers were professional and removed the old dishwasher. Be a sure to request the removal and recycle service if you need to discard old appliances.

The technicians who did the install were respectful of our cabinets and countertops which we really appreciated. They were very quick, everything is working great.

Excellent installation. Installer form Quality Kitchens was very professional and knowledgeable, wore a mask and gloves, and even pointed out other potential issues in kitchen to be mindful of. Would highly recommend and very convenient.

Great dishwasher. Easy to use and very quiet. They did a fantastic installation job. Took less than an hour. He had to install a new outlet and the cost was surprising how low it was.

The dishwasher works fine. Since the old dishwasher was wired directly, there was no plug and no need for an outlet. The installer charged over $100 to provide an outlet. Unfortunately, he simply attached the outlet box to the wall, rather than sinking it flush into the wall. I didn't realize that the dishwasher wouldn't fit unless the outlet was flush with the wall. There were other problems that prevented him from doing the complete installation (not his fault). In the process of fixing the flooring problem, I had to over $100 to have the outlet box made flush with the wall as should have been done. Lesson learned. It would have been better if either he or the young lady who was helping him had been fluent in English.

Quiet and works well happy with product up to this point

We.ordered a Samsung dishwasher along with install. We had to postpone the delivery for a week. We needed a GFI installed before the dishwasher would be operational. BestBuy gave us a new date and afternoon delivery & install time. On the day of delivery we were called and told they were running early and would be at our residence two hours early.. The delivery personnel came and were very courteous and professional. I already removed the old dishwasher because of the install of the GFI.. They installed the Samsung and hauled the old dishwasher away. We were pleased with the results.
