Fantastic work performed with Covid safety! Great job installing and care to pick up and clean up after the work. I learned how to operate it and where to look to get help if I need it before he left. Best experience ever!

Beware that Best Buy doesn't warn you about additional third party installation costs on top of their company installation charges to meet State codes and the third party requires the money at time of delivery. Installation can be very expensive which cannot be added to your Best Buy card.

The two installers were very careful, wore their booties and masks. They were timely and a good job installing the Samsung dishwasher. I loved not hearing my first load!

This dishwasher is great! It is unbelievably quiet which is even better, because I’m in a condo and my living room is next to the kitchen. I don’t have to have my tv blaring while the dishwasher is running. It’s the best!!

After being told the machine would be delayed two weeks it showed up on time. Install was timely and without issue. Communication with install company was good.

This was worth every penny. The gentleman who came to our home was professional, and polite, and did a great job with removing the old dishwasher and putting in the new one. This is not something I wanted to do myself, so having this as an option was a must when I was looking for the new washer.

The two guys were on time. They removed the unwanted LG and installed a new Bosch dishwasher. They also replaced a bad water valve. They very efficient and were done in less than an hour. No complaints.
