Our plumber installed the dishwasher, not the Best Buy guys. Since it was a replacement the job was pretty much an "in and out" deal. It works.

Dishwasher installation exceeded all expectations. The associate was professional and very thorough. Handled the entire process, delivery, installation, removal of old machine. Looked good and worked fine.

The dishwasher delivered was damaged. Not the installers fault. No worries, the crew installed it and allowed us to use it until a replacement was ordered and installed at no cost to us. Kudos! The first installers were on time, kind and courteous. The second time around, different installers were sent. They were late and were not hurried with anything they did. Had to make other arrangements to get to an appointment because they took so long. Because of the first installers, I would give them another shot.

they worked fast and cleaned up the aftermath of removing and putting in a new dishwasher. they set it but it has settled and now sits lopsided and not very nice looking in the kitchen. Not sure what to do and if they will come back and adjust it. It is terrible looking and off sets the whole looks of the kitchen. Just sad that as a 70 yr old woman and no tools can I fix or adjust myself. they did the job it is just not tightened down to keep from moving after a couple wash cycles.

Installed was fast and helpful! Job was done perfectly.

The actual installation was great. The two guys showed up, installed the dishwasher, showed us how it worked, cleaned up, and headed out. Who could ask for more? Well, having them come out when the dishwasher was delivered would have been a good start. We arranged and paid for delivery and installation. However, the store employees failed to schedule it. Not taking away any points, because the installation (when we finally got it) went great. Just make sure the store schedules it correctly.

THE GENTLEMEN INSTALLING WERE PLEASANT AND DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING AND CLEANING UP THE MESS

I got a narrower window for delivery and they kept to it. They were efficient cortious and explained in simple terms how to use the appliance. Absolutely no complaints

I had a bosch dishwasher installed from BEST BUY,the installers were fast and very efficient ,ran it for me checked for any leakage very professional,I always go to BEST BUY,they due a great job very helpful from beginning with sales and installation thanks BEST BUY.

I bought a dishwasher bosch 300 series and how to install. The guy that install it could of been better. Dishwasher runs perfectly I'm glad to have. It is very convenient to have the Third drawer for silverware and it makes it come out cleaner

The installers were courteous and punctual. So far I have not have any problems with the installation. They cleaned up at the end.

Installer spent the time to make sure the hose and power cord routing was clean and even more time ensuring it was level and lined up with our cabinets. Slightly above average install!

It's cleaning dishes great. Lots of room... like options

The Geek Squad installers did a good job and I have no complaints with their performance. They were friendly and professional the whole time of the installation. Best Buy from the store to whoever schedules the installations needs some serious overhaul in communication between all parties involved in the process. They gave me a date to expect delivery of the dishwasher and a contracted plumber locally to install on a later date. The delivery date came and went. I contacted them the next day and they acted as if I should have known they'd be sending it a few days later than they originally told me to expect it. I was peeved but I said okay. I then get a call from the plumber wanting to know why I had canceled the installation appointment. I called Best Buy to find out that not only were they going to deliver but Geek Squad was coming with it to install. Previous to this the plumber called me back to say that he'd contacted BB and was working with them to schedule an appointment to replace the canceled one. I called them next week and they were still expecting to install it after it had already been done. I shouldn't have had to take it upon myself to let the plumber know it had been done in house. It got sorted out in the end but I'll bet contractors hate big companies with an attitude toward them like shown here.

Installer was professional and did a good job. Moreover he was polite and explained the working in a nice manner.

The installers did the job quick and clean. Very happy with our results.

Excellent installation. Took extreme care not to damage a new floor that was installed only hours before. Would definitely recommend them again.

Well...I guess they used this to install my dishwasher and the dishwasher works perfectly so.......
