The installer knew what he was doing and made sure no leaks by turning on the dishwasher. Told me things about the dishwasher. He was a short guy with a lot of punch.

Installer had some difficulties in connecting our unit, but eventually got it finished and it has worked perfectly.

The dishwasher installers were great. We were informed when they would arrive and they arrived on time. They completed the installation quickly and perfectly. They made sure to keep us informed every step of the installation. My expectations were totally exceeded.

Wish we didn't need a new dishwasher, but unfairly we did. Installation was quick. Dishwasher is great

These guys were in and out much quicker than I excepted. They were very neat...had mats to cover my floor and counter where they put their tools. They carefully removed the old one and installed the new one with ease. They were very friendly and courteous.

First dishwasher was installed with a bent tub, it rubbed on one side. I called geek squad which sent a replacement within a few days. New one doesn't rub, works great.

They came to install it, but the fittings werent correct. It was going to be another $300 for them to change the fitting or the pipe. i had to reschedule them to come back out and do that, and in the mean time they left the washer,and my old washer, just in the garage. they didnt even haul the old one off. when they came back out, they got everything in and its working great.

Dishes come out cleaner than any dishwasher I have had in the past. I love the third tray, and it’s nice that you can remove it when you need the space for tall items that need to go in the middle rack. Very quiet.

The installer called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes. However, because of an issue with his assistant he was over 60 minutes late. He should have called and informed me that he would be late and that would have been satisfactory. Installation of new dishwasher and removal of old dishwasher was done cleanly and with care. A more detailed explanation on use of the washer would have been helpful

The installation was excellent. I didn't trust the set up under the sink with the old one and the tech rerouted the drain and it is functioning much better. thank you!

The installation was done quickly and efficently by the technicians. They were very professional & were knowledgeable about what they were doing. When they left, there was no idication they were even here.

installers came exactly on time( they called on the way). both did a great job installing a lg dishwasher. removed and took the old one with them. they did a great job.

The dishwasher is nice and quiet. The installer was nice and courteous however he said I needed a plug and another water connection that the old dishwasher did not have. He charged another 350 over and above the 225 install I had already paid to Best Buy. I’m not sure if this is always done but I didn’t have a choice for him to install. He was prompt and didn’t take much time. I ended up paying more for the install than the dishwasher.

The installer called me before arrival. He removed my existing Dish Washer and efficiently installed the new Dish Washer. There was minimal water mess, which he cleaned up before leaving. He explained the operations and answered my questions. Very polite and efficient.

The men who installed our dishwasher were on time, efficient and quick. The dishwasher works great and they even corrected a problem that had not been detected before.

As I mentioned in the dishwasher review, the installer informed me when he arrived to install that Bosch required their brand of drain extension hose for the warranty to be honored. If Bosch service were to be called out for a repair during the warranty period, and they find that a non-Bosch extension hose is being used, they would void the warranty. Bottom line, however, was that all I had to do was call him (he gave me his work cell phone number when he realized that he wouldn't be able to do the install) when we had the needed part. He squeezed us in between other jobs he had in the area. We were able to get the part for about $20 from a different vendor, but if you're buying a Bosch dishwasher for the first time, make sure to ask the sales associate about this. It shouldn't deter you from buying the dishwasher.

The installation of my new dishwasher could not have been better. The installer showed up exactly on time and installed the dishwasher quickly and cleanly. The were polite and careful with the items in my house while bringing the new dishwasher in and the old dishwasher out.
