The first scheduled install was canceled as the contractor called in sick. The second install that was scheduled was supposed to have the contractors arriving between 1-4 and they didn't arrive until 6:45. They then said they couldn't install it because the install kit (that claims to have everything needed to install this dishwasher) wouldn't have a hose long enough to connect to the water line. I had to buy additional parts and schedule a third appointment. When the contractors arrived for the third install they were at the house for 5 minutes before they said they couldn't do the install due to the piping having copper connection. So they left, and I had to break the connection myself. They returned the same day, started the installation and then told me that they required additional parts. So they had to leave again and get the parts, then return to complete the installation. Toward the end of the install they then said that the electrical line wasn't long enough to wire to the back of the dishwasher, so they left without completing the install because they could not do electrical work. They never worked on leveling the dishwasher, nor with mounting the dishwasher to the counter/cabinet. I am not sure why Best Buy would employ contractors to install a dishwasher that cannot work with copper piping or wiring, when it is a piece of equipment that uses piping and electricity.

The product itself seems to be working fine so far. My review is regarding the installation itself. However, when the appliance was mounted, it was done too high, making the edge of the door "kiss" the bottom of the granite countertop and sits about a centimeter above the cabinets and drawers it should be aligned with. In addition, my previous dishwasher was hardwired and did not plug into an existing socket. I was told I would need to pay to install the socket that was necessary for the new dishwasher to plug in. I was also told that there was an issue with the waterline that was preventing them from connecting it with confidence due to a less than ideal pipefitting (plastic shark bite on copper pipe). Not sure if it was leaking before they started their installation. I ended up paying an additional $150 to this contracted company in order to get my new dishwasher despite me already paying for delivery and installation to Best Buy. The workers wore normal clothes opposed to wearing a uniform to identify themselves as installers. Obviously, they were who they said they were because they had a Penske truck full of appliances.

"Techs" called in advance and showed up on time. Friendly and courteous as they appreciated the fact that half their work was done for them already. I had pulled the dishwasher out of its place because the wife wanted to clean it good before they arrived. They intalled some of the parts from the kit as they said they needed to for the warranty to be valid. He explained the installation process including a test start and demo before.to be sure everything worked properly and give a basic understanding of the operation. They found that the stainless flex feed line that came with the kit did not have the same size end connection and said this was a common problem and that I could pick one up at my local hardware store for 50 cents. I decided to run to the store (about a 15-20 min run both ways) to get the needed transition fitting while they picked up and loaded the old washer and box matl. When I returned they had left!!! They had finished installing and fastening the washer but had not been able to start/run the machine or explain its operation as the fitting needing to be installed under the sink was not there. I finished the installation and upon further inspection found the machine was obviously not installed properly. Ie. set and centered!!

Was not happy with installation company. They did not arrive when they said they were coming. Did keep me informed. Were not polite on phone when I inquired.

Would recommend. Very skilled and professional. Was on time and finished under 45 min. Went over product after was installed.

The first installer claimed he couldn't get my new LG dishwasher to fit properly due to it's design and recommended Bosch instead. BestBuy arranged an exchange and installed a new Bosch dishwasher which fit perfectly. Thank you BestBuy.

Ordered dishwasher while on sale (samsung make) along with several other appliance. Best buy installed, when i went to use the diswasher this fall once remodel was complete i noticed multiple blemishes in the screen, since it was under warranty I called samsung, they refused to fix stating it was cosmetic in nature, i then called best buy as i had their membership and they refused to do anything about it. So i have a high end dishwasher that looks terrible. I just place a sign for all to see that we host in our home pointing to the defect nobody will fix. I even give installation a bad rating because they should have seen this prior to leaving.You might know i had the countertop designed so you can see the screen all the time, had i know it was defective i would have had the countertop go over the screen like most do.

The install team came out twice only to say the cabinet space was not large enough for the dishwasher even though measurements showed it was. They installed it and it stuck out 1/2 inch from the counter top. After they left, it took me a few minutes to watch a YouTube and another 15 minutes to install in properly and amazing, it fit. Just had to accommodate the hoses as per instructions. Add to that, they lost a kickplate screw, and the person I spoke to was not customer centric.

Quick delivery and installation. Installers kept my kitchen area clean during and after installation.

We ordered a new Bosch dishwasher. The installer arrived at the beginning of the installation window which was a pleasant surprise. He began the 20 min install as we chatted. Removed the current dishwasher and put in new one. During the unboxing process he flipped the dishwasher upside down to access the “water outlet” and assured us this was fine. I did see water leak out. At which point he declares the unit is blinking auto and won’t respond to his finger pushes. He flips the breaker and comes back in and dishwasher does the same. Blinking lights and non-responsive. After doing some stuff on phone he says the info he found says the power board could be bad. He declares the unit defective. I asked how to get a replacement since he just came from the warehouse with this one. He says he can’t and must leave this one installed even though it doesn’t work. I ask him to remove the non-working brand new unit I paid for and put the old one back in. He says he can’t. I ask him to take the new non working unit I paid for out and I will refuse delivery and he does not need to reinstall the old one. Just leave the old one here. He says he can’t leave an open hole. This put us in a pickle and now we have a useless dishwasher for the Thanksgiving holiday with family in town. We were on the phone with Best Buy as we are Total members and the installer drove off and left the old one sitting in our driveway.
