The first scheduled install was canceled as the contractor called in sick. The second install that was scheduled was supposed to have the contractors arriving between 1-4 and they didn't arrive until 6:45. They then said they couldn't install it because the install kit (that claims to have everything needed to install this dishwasher) wouldn't have a hose long enough to connect to the water line. I had to buy additional parts and schedule a third appointment. When the contractors arrived for the third install they were at the house for 5 minutes before they said they couldn't do the install due to the piping having copper connection. So they left, and I had to break the connection myself. They returned the same day, started the installation and then told me that they required additional parts. So they had to leave again and get the parts, then return to complete the installation. Toward the end of the install they then said that the electrical line wasn't long enough to wire to the back of the dishwasher, so they left without completing the install because they could not do electrical work. They never worked on leveling the dishwasher, nor with mounting the dishwasher to the counter/cabinet. I am not sure why Best Buy would employ contractors to install a dishwasher that cannot work with copper piping or wiring, when it is a piece of equipment that uses piping and electricity.

Worst Experience I have had with an install. The man came into my house without ANYONE HOME-ILLEGAL Put holes in BRAND NEW Kitchen CABINET INSTALL, not small and clean, large on side and bottom, ripped through things under my sink

We had Best Buy install our new KitchenAid dishwasher replacing a 10 year old Bosch. Installers put it in crooked and tilting backwards and sticking two inches out from the counter when it’s supposed to be flush with the counter. To top that off the installer didn’t test it to make sure it was working properly and when we ran it we got gallons of water pouring out onto the floor. Then we could never even get the installers on the phone to come back and fix it. The call goes straight to hold music. Finally Best Buy was able to schedule the fix but 3 weeks after the original install was scheduled! It would be great if Best Buy would do something to compensate us for the inconvenience of being without the dishwasher that we paid for and the hours we spent trying to get this one properly installed. But so far they don’t seem to have any interest or any leverage over the installation company. Very frustrating.

Ordered dishwasher while on sale (samsung make) along with several other appliance. Best buy installed, when i went to use the diswasher this fall once remodel was complete i noticed multiple blemishes in the screen, since it was under warranty I called samsung, they refused to fix stating it was cosmetic in nature, i then called best buy as i had their membership and they refused to do anything about it. So i have a high end dishwasher that looks terrible. I just place a sign for all to see that we host in our home pointing to the defect nobody will fix. I even give installation a bad rating because they should have seen this prior to leaving.You might know i had the countertop designed so you can see the screen all the time, had i know it was defective i would have had the countertop go over the screen like most do.

Bert, as always, was wonderful installing my new appliances. You cannot go wrong with the install team from Tallahassee. Not only skilled, but actually care and take pride in their work.

Was not happy with installation company. They did not arrive when they said they were coming. Did keep me informed. Were not polite on phone when I inquired.

2 issues : 1) unit not set at correct hight to cabinet over an 1-1/2 inches between top of unit door and counter. It is also install crooked sticks out further to than the other from under counter. We noticed this after third party installers left, setup up through Geek Squad and my total tech. 2) after running our first load of dishes through the unit, which we started before bed, we woke up to the cabinet under the sink flooded. After investigating we found a hole in the Unit drain line. Appear it had been cut or pinched. Damage to the cabinet it already evident.

The installation technician did a great job. Explained everything that he did and why. Very pleased with the service.

"Techs" called in advance and showed up on time. Friendly and courteous as they appreciated the fact that half their work was done for them already. I had pulled the dishwasher out of its place because the wife wanted to clean it good before they arrived. They intalled some of the parts from the kit as they said they needed to for the warranty to be valid. He explained the installation process including a test start and demo before.to be sure everything worked properly and give a basic understanding of the operation. They found that the stainless flex feed line that came with the kit did not have the same size end connection and said this was a common problem and that I could pick one up at my local hardware store for 50 cents. I decided to run to the store (about a 15-20 min run both ways) to get the needed transition fitting while they picked up and loaded the old washer and box matl. When I returned they had left!!! They had finished installing and fastening the washer but had not been able to start/run the machine or explain its operation as the fitting needing to be installed under the sink was not there. I finished the installation and upon further inspection found the machine was obviously not installed properly. Ie. set and centered!!

The first installer claimed he couldn't get my new LG dishwasher to fit properly due to it's design and recommended Bosch instead. BestBuy arranged an exchange and installed a new Bosch dishwasher which fit perfectly. Thank you BestBuy.

Installer was very knowledgeable. We had a drainage issue and he was able to explain and how to resolve it

No install occurred. The installer refused and was very disrespectful to me in my home. The installer got upset because I recorded what he was saying and aborted the install. Basically did not care that I would share his behavior. His name was Eric and I don't know the other guy but they started communicating in Spanish and went out of the door and waved as if to mock me for recording. These 3rd party installers should not be sent out without letting the customer know that they are not Best Buy employees. The 1st crew from Pulse Logistics created a leak that wasn't there before they came. These installers from Pulse Logistics were worst than the first pair. A horrible experience.

Installers did a good, efficient job and even carried my old dishwasher down the stairs to protect my floors.
