Installers showed good knowledge installing our new dishwasher. They had to make an adjustment to their initial plan, but did so without pause. They cleaned up everything and wiped down all surfaces!

Fast install, very polite technicians. Showed me how to use it and have had no issues.

I had a dishwasher installed. The two guys were friendly and professional. They ensured the washer worked on all cycles and that there were no leaks.

The installers came within the planned time. We had to wait several weeks for a machine to be available because of pandemic limits, and also because our towns of Santa Fe and Albuquerque NM have less inventory than bigger cities. The work was done correctly as far as we know, although we were delivered a shorter hose connection than we paid for. The guys made it work. Within a month, the soap dispenser did not work but that is a product quality issue, not an installation issue.

Ok it took forever and a day it seemed at the time, but the staff installing the product did great when the team was finally dispatched to do the job. The scheduling was problematic and required way too many phone calls on my part to get someone out there when anticipated for weeks. One bit of advice, our installers did great, but after they left I noticed a streaky stain on the exterior that made my heart sink. Luckily it wasn't a stain just an oily streak, so give a quick once over cleaning to the unit exterior with stainless steel cleaner to make it shine. Customers, make sure that thing looks great before they leave - I was so worried it was scarred but it wasn't.

The men were excellent in all areas, They kept us informed as to when they were coming and they showed when they said they would. They were pleasant and worked nonstop until the washer was installed and functioning.

The two installers were very careful, wore their booties and masks. They were timely and a good job installing the Samsung dishwasher. I loved not hearing my first load!

Install team was on time and professional. Installation went without a hitch. Very expedient. Hauled off my old dishwasher. Very pleased with the results.

Bought dishwasher on 11/11/2023. Installation was scheduled for 11/28/2024. On 11/24/2023 received an email stating that installation had been cancelled due to there weren't any more dishwashers available. Went to store the following day to find out what was going on, The customer service representative told us we were on the schedule and that they had dishwashers at the warehouse. No call from installers, the store did not know who the installers were or if they would show up. On 11/28/2023, installers called 10 minutes before showing up on the door. Came in and installed the dishwasher in 25 minutes and left. No instructions on how to operate, left instruction book on the counter and they left. No greetings upon arrival or when they left.

No issue with the installation itself but the reschedule process was a nightmare! The installers were quick and considerate of thier surroundings but the schedule availability was nuts.

The installation kit was a required purchase with a new dishwasher although there was noting wrong with the parts on the old dishwasher. My biggest complaint is that the installers took parts that weren't used with them including the 6" line cord. I asked for it and was told it wasn't in the lit. I doubt that but they opened the kit in the back of their truck and I never saw what was in it. I can always use extension cords in my business and making one is very simple with one end of the cord already present.

This is really not a GeekSquad Install. They really farm it out to a third party. Our installers were on time and did a good job. I wish they would have cleaned up after they left.

You can trust in best buy's services, they come through on time and install your dishwasher without hassle just as the advertised service. Always recommended to replace your sink incinerator at the same time of a dishwasher install.

The install group were very prompt, kept good communication with us and installed the new dishwasher quickly.

Outside of placing carpet protectors to ensure dirt was not tracked inside my home (I took care of it myself).. The services technicians were very skilled and professional! Would definitely recommend the Best Buy installation team.

I was a bit concerned when just one person showed up to install my dishwasher, but that concern was unfounded. The guy knew his stuff - had my machine installed and the old one removed in no time at all! Big time cool...!

I was extremely happy with the Best Buy installation the two technicians were professional and asked If I had any questions and advised me to remember to register my dishwasher for warranty. They did take their time and do a good job as it was a tight squeeze in the height of the new dishwasher.

Went well. Installed correctly. Works good with no issues.

surprising that it does not remove coffee and tea stains on cups in upper rack - have had to pre scrub. Otherwise seems to do a fine job. Hoping it will require far less servicing that the old Asko
