Installation itself went smoothly - once it finally happened. There were SNAFUs all along the way with scheduling. The BB and the installer's systems did not work well together. The installer would confirm for the wrong location - where we live in 1 state - not where the item was going to be installed - in another state. This happened 3x. We finally got help from someone in corporate who was able to look and make the installation happen. BB did offer some incentive for all of the trouble. We really do like the dishwasher which is why we went through all of these challenges to get it installed.

Due to a mistake of scheduling at the company that Best Buy uses, or a mistake by Best Buy; the installer arrived at our home and told us he was only told to install the dishwasher and microwave, that dat. Considering the fact that we had purchased the following, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer it was a cluster. This situation made this service call a disaster and left us with a very poor respect of your store.

The two-person crew worked very well together. They were customer friendly / efficient / and were careful / respectful while in our home. The installation experience could not have been better.

A few months ago, I purchased a new refrigerator from BestBuy and had an amazing delivery experience. I don't give praise on delivery/installation lightly because I've had some HORRIBLE experiences with delivery/installation with other stores. For example, I had purchased a washer/dryer from a big box home improvement store (starts with "L") and the delivery people left the appliances in the middle of my kitchen -- the room they were supposed to put them in was the next room over! They didn't even leave all of the parts needed for the appliances. Needless to say, I was worried about the next round of appliances. So, when the fridge came and was a perfect installation (including hooking up the water), I knew I would return. So, when I needed a dishwasher, I was sure to go back to BestBuy. Again, it was a perfect experience. He was in and out in under 1/2 hour, didn't leave a bit of mess or even a shred of plastic for me to clean up. I highly recommend the service!

The delivery came on time, installation was done in a timely manner. The installers were friendly and were helpful, showing me how to use the dishwasher.

The service from Best Buy technicians was superior. They were very knowledgeable, therefore the installation was professionally installed. The technicians for ver respectful. Super guys!

Installation Team did a great job installing the GE profile dishwasher. Professional team and experienced.

The men who came to install our dishwasher did an excellent job. They were efficient and kind. They also gave us instructions on how to operate it.

The professionals did a wonderful job, and they even took the time to clean everything up!

The guy doing the install of the dishwasher seemed to know what he was doing. They actually arrived about 20 minutes early,(they texted me so I knew they were going to be early) It went quick and easy, and now it works perfectly.

Jonathan was very professional and organized during our dishwasher installation. He had all the proper tools and knowledge to satisfactorily complete the job.

BestBuy installers came out for a dishwasher. They came on time and ready to go. Disconnected and hauled away the old unit and hooked up the water and electrical for the new one. About 30-45 minutes total. They made sure it worked and left the place clean.

2 installers. 1 prepped the unit outside & other did removal inside. Install finished. Showed how to operate unit. Cleaned up behind themselves. Hauled the old unit away. This unit is super quiet. Wife really enjoys it. Like putting socks on a Rooster.

The dishwasher installers called to tell me when they would arrive. They were professional and efficient. They disconnected the old dishwasher and hauled it away. The entire process was problem free.

Technician knew exactly what he was doing and he installed dishwasher perfectly. Saved me so much aggravation! He had all the right tools and you could tell he had installed wire a few!

The guys that installed my Dishwasher were very good. They came on time and everything was neat and clean when they left. The problem is it takes too long to get an appointment. Purchased 4/11 and Installed 4/28. Also those doing the scheduling do not talk to each other. I had more than one time that these guys were coming. Phone vs email vs Text. The installers eventually called themselves.

the space was tight and the old dishwasher was trapped behind a new wood floor. the guy they sent did a brilliant job, managed to lever up the counter just enough to squeeze the old one out and the new one in without leaving a scratch anywhere. 5 STARS and many thanks to him!
