John took care of everything. He removed the old machine upgraded the install to 10 foot hoses. made all adjustments and leveled the machine. No problem getting the machine in over the floor tile. Excellent job!

Tech knew what to do. Had the dishwasher immediately in house after ringing door bell. He removed floor molding which was good. Dishwasher ran on first try. Tech was very personable, clean, wore mask and happy to be working.

installers came exactly on time( they called on the way). both did a great job installing a lg dishwasher. removed and took the old one with them. they did a great job.

The men who installed our dishwasher were on time, efficient and quick. The dishwasher works great and they even corrected a problem that had not been detected before.

The installer called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes. However, because of an issue with his assistant he was over 60 minutes late. He should have called and informed me that he would be late and that would have been satisfactory. Installation of new dishwasher and removal of old dishwasher was done cleanly and with care. A more detailed explanation on use of the washer would have been helpful

Good luck getting your dishwasher installed. 7 months later I still haven't been able to get it installed even though best buy claims it was installed on a date i never even scheduled service. The installers broke the dishwasher and best buy refused to repair or replace the part, so I bought it myself and replaced it. Rescheduled then the techs canceled at 8am day of, no call. According to support the technician claims he came to my house and I told him I didn't want it installed. I honestly have no idea if best buy will ever install it at this point.

I was very pleased and happy with my installation experience. My installers were very knowledgeable and professional.

They are very careful moving misc away in the kitchen. Cleaned up everything afterwards. More importantly installed the dishwasher with much attention to detail, fully tested it and informed me how to operate the dishwasher. The dishwasher runs so quietly and everything comes out clean.

The two workers came and installed the dishwasher very efficiently and also had to install a circuit box to plug the Bosch dishwasher into. Tested it out and made sure it went through a rinse cycle. Very pleased with their work and the dishwasher.

My installer was professional, friendly, and informative. He told me more about the product and it's features, than the sales guy! It was installed neatly, they took my old one to the curb for garbage day, and then he showed me how to use my new dishwasher. Very pleased with the service.

Bought dishwasher on 11/11/2023. Installation was scheduled for 11/28/2024. On 11/24/2023 received an email stating that installation had been cancelled due to there weren't any more dishwashers available. Went to store the following day to find out what was going on, The customer service representative told us we were on the schedule and that they had dishwashers at the warehouse. No call from installers, the store did not know who the installers were or if they would show up. On 11/28/2023, installers called 10 minutes before showing up on the door. Came in and installed the dishwasher in 25 minutes and left. No instructions on how to operate, left instruction book on the counter and they left. No greetings upon arrival or when they left.

Exceptional installation, fast , high quality workmanship. Could not ask for a better job.

The two gentlemen that uninstalled and took the old and installed the new were great. They were polite and fully tested the new dish washer before leaving. They gave me instructions on questions and return policy before leaving.

After being told the machine would be delayed two weeks it showed up on time. Install was timely and without issue. Communication with install company was good.

So far, we are having good luck with our dishwasher. It is silent and easy to work with. My husband chose the dishwasher, and we are both loving how easy it is to use.
