The installer showed up on time and did an excellent job uninstalling and removing the old machine before installing the new one. The whole task consumed a little over one-hour. The kitchen was left clean and the dishwasher was checked to insure it was running properly. All-in-all an excellent job.

Dishwasher was installed with no problem. Had to bring the installation up to code and installed a GFI outlet for the dishwasher to plug into.

The installer was very professional. He called early in the week to confirm my appointment and again when he was on his way to our home. He was prompt quiet and efficient and I didn't have any issues at all. After install he made sure that the unit was functioning properly and answered any questions.

So when the installers came, they informed me that Best Buy should have told me that most likely I was gonna need additional work that’s gonna cost additional money because most people do is what they said. Sure enough I needed a different plug because I said my plug wasn’t compliant? As a result, it ended up costing 200 more dollars paid to the installer.

The installers were professional. They installed the dishes and clean up afterwards.

The installer arrived right on time and did the install. He removed our old unit and took it away. He explained how to operate the dishwasher and tested it to make sure it worked. We are very happy with the Geek Squad. He was also very neat and clean about the install and did not leave a mess.

Biggest disappointment is that there are no tracks on the inside of the door for the tray to slide out onto. When you pull the tray out, it comes out sideways or where ever the tork is. Best is to pull the bottom rack out standing directly facing the front, and pull it out slow so it slides out on the door frame without slipping off :( Have to go online to find out how to operate and load it which I think is poor. I was also hoping for racks that were on ball bearings for a smoother slide. Only used it twice so far. If it cleans great I’ll be happy and adjust to the other disappointment with the track (or lack of).

Called before arrival. Showed up on time. The installer was courteous, careful, quiet and fast.

Installed promptly and much sooner than competition. Install date was 5 days after purchase date. Another dealer, who also had item on back order was two weeks after it was received in their warehouse to install.

I bought delivery and installation for a new dishwasher. The installers came when they said they would, and they good between 30 to 45 minutes to install the dishwasher. They gave me a brief introduction in how to use it. Quick, competent and professional -- you can't ask for more than that!

Installation went well. Installers were nice. They work for Best Buy and Home Depot. I was expecting a Best Buy truck, but no. They cared for my home and made sure there were no leaks. Happy with installation.

Installation required a water hammer arrester. The installer did an excellent job by proving a new electric plug and installing water hammer arrester.

I was concerned about a tight fit and installation in the existing space plus the power, water and other issue such as Steam drying and Cold water washing. The crew did a fantastic job and made everything work plus runnig a test in front of me and explaining the functions.

The tech called prior to arrival. He was excellent from beginning to the end. He made sure to be careful with installation and had no problems getting the dishwasher to fit like a glove. He educated us on our appliance. We will use this service again with future purchases.
