The installer called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes. However, because of an issue with his assistant he was over 60 minutes late. He should have called and informed me that he would be late and that would have been satisfactory. Installation of new dishwasher and removal of old dishwasher was done cleanly and with care. A more detailed explanation on use of the washer would have been helpful

The install was quick and the guy was pretty friendly. My only problem is why do they leave all the packaging behind. I'm having a hard time breaking it down to get rid of it.

Maurice installed my Kitchenaid dishwasher swiftly and efficiently. He was very nice and explained the features and how to use it. I am scheduled to receive a new washer and a new dryer next week. I hope he is the installer again.

After a botched installation 2+ months earlier and much hassle with Best Buy to get someone scheduled to come fix it, this team arrived on time and fixed the problem in record time. Wish they had been the original installers!

The installation crew was ahead of the scheduled time, which was ok, they removed the old one and had the new dishwasher installed very quickly, cleaned up and was gone in a very good time.

The installers were early and on time. They complimented each other tackling separate activities during the installation. The result was a very efficient use of time and effort with all work completed within an hour.

So far, we are having good luck with our dishwasher. It is silent and easy to work with. My husband chose the dishwasher, and we are both loving how easy it is to use.

The two gentlemen who delivered the dishwasher got it into the kitchen with no trouble, removed the old dishwasher, and installed the new one in about 30 minutes. No problems with them and they were extremely efficient and friendly.

The Geek Squad quickly installed our new Samsung dishwasher. They tested it to make sure it worked properly and left their contact info if we had any problems or questions. They were professional and removed all garbage along with the old dishwasher. Outstanding crew. Thank you Best Buy.

This dishwasher is great! It is unbelievably quiet which is even better, because I’m in a condo and my living room is next to the kitchen. I don’t have to have my tv blaring while the dishwasher is running. It’s the best!!
