Bought a new KitchenAid oven/micro combo and dishwasher from BB, and their installers from Cedar City were just EXCELLENT! Never had any installers as thorough, polite, informative and clean as they were. We gave them an A+++++.

The two service delivery men were courteous and competent. There was a small leak that they mostly handled. It required a minor repair the next day.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and frigadaire disposal. Both are excellent products which i would give 5 stars. However the deliver installation team was not professional or knowledgable. It took 4 appointments before they installed the dishwasher. Each time they came out they told me something had to be done. I had to an electrical plug installed shut off valves and part of my floor removed. I was okay with having to have the requirements completed but couldnt they have given me all requirements at once? They also told me they couldnt remove the dishwasher but the floor tech pulled it right out. It took a month after the purchase date for installations. I would give the installers one star.

The installer was quick and efficient. They came on time and were careful of my existing kitchen appliances and countertops.

The technician did a wonderful joy on the installation of my new dishwasher. He had to do extra work to remove my old one and took the time to do it right. I appreciate his effort!

The install was very quick. The techs took extra care during install to protect the kitchen. They cleaned up after the install and made sure to provide any instruction needed related to the appliance.

The installation of my new dishwasher could not have been better. The installer showed up exactly on time and installed the dishwasher quickly and cleanly. The were polite and careful with the items in my house while bringing the new dishwasher in and the old dishwasher out.

The guys that installed my Dishwasher were very good. They came on time and everything was neat and clean when they left. The problem is it takes too long to get an appointment. Purchased 4/11 and Installed 4/28. Also those doing the scheduling do not talk to each other. I had more than one time that these guys were coming. Phone vs email vs Text. The installers eventually called themselves.

Miguel was the guy that installed our new kitchen aid dishwasher! He was amazing! Installed it in no time, and even taught me how to use it as well as clean the filter! Very nice and personable! 5 star service for sure! Thank you Miguel!

Guys did a good job and used the new hoses and clamps that were ordered with the Unit. Made sure that there were no leaks.

The installers were early and professional. They found some surprises when taking out old washer. And still made the new one one for and work great

The service from Best Buy technicians was superior. They were very knowledgeable, therefore the installation was professionally installed. The technicians for ver respectful. Super guys!

I am very pleased with my purchase of LG dishwasher and I would highly recommend this product. In fact I told my neighbor about it and she went and purchased one.

The installer was great - professional, called ahead of time to say he was running late, installed the dishwasher with no issues, and gave a thorough overview of the washer. Extremely professional, this was the best experience I have had with any of the "geeks" installers.

The Geek Squad installer showed up on time and did a great job. He installed the new dishwasher and hauled off the ancient 19 year-old washer. Everything works well.

In and out in under 45 minutes. Neat, on time, knowledgeable, no issues. It was great.
