The installer went out of his way to complete the installation to perfection.

In and out in under 45 minutes. Neat, on time, knowledgeable, no issues. It was great.

The installation team arrived on time and installed the dishwasher in a professional, courteous manner. I was not home but they explained use of the machine to my wife and made sure that they did not leave a mess in the kitchen. She was pleased which is good enough for me.

This is the only appliance that they install properly and is working.

The two-person crew worked very well together. They were customer friendly / efficient / and were careful / respectful while in our home. The installation experience could not have been better.

Due to a mistake of scheduling at the company that Best Buy uses, or a mistake by Best Buy; the installer arrived at our home and told us he was only told to install the dishwasher and microwave, that dat. Considering the fact that we had purchased the following, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer it was a cluster. This situation made this service call a disaster and left us with a very poor respect of your store.

The two guys who removed our previous dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher were both friendly and straight forward in getting the install done correctly the first time. When the time comes for another install, then my hope would be to get them or someone else as capable.

They did a great job! Minor sink issue on my side but they took care of it.

The 2 men who installed my dishwasher were very polite, friendly and efficient. One of them made sure I understood how to use it. I only wish he would have told me to either run it or get it to a drying cycle as a few days later it smelled moldy and indeed there was mold growing on a plate. That never happened with the one I had had for 30 years that it replaced! I have since researched it and know what to do to prevent a recurrence--I just wish I had been informed from the start.

The gentlemen who installed my dishwasher called ahead the night before and half an hour before they arrived. They were courteous and did a great job with the installation. Explained to me how to use controls and left me a card if I had any questions or problems. Great job!
