I love this dishwasher. It replaced a Maytag washer that was only 4 years old. The Samsung cleans better than any other dishwasher I have owned, and I think I have owned about every dishwasher brand in the US that there is from top of the line to bottom of the line. You know the lipstick marks on glasses that remain with the old dishwasher? None remain with the Samsung. No need to rinse dishes. Easy cleanable filter. Cookie sheets come out sparkling clean, even the caked on hard gunk comes off. Coolest feature ever is that the dishwasher opens when finished and cools down the dishes. Now, I have only had this dishwasher for a few weeks, and time will tell if it stands up to the test of time. Best Buy installer was great. Top service, very helpful.

Them guys who delivered and installed our new Bosch dishwasher were excellent. They arrived on time having called before they came. They removed our old appliance and installed the new one. Then they went over all the features of the new Bosch 500 series dishwasher including tips how to make better use of water. They explained about cleaning, use of rinse aid and detergent packets. So far we are very happy with our new appliance and give 5 stars to it and to the team who installed it.

I don’t know if anyone at BB Office reads this. The crew was good. Being hit up for the additional $95 plumbing was a bummer. It was a $35 part at the most, they were already here and I paid for the full installation. He didn’t have to do the electrical junction box that was part of the labor. So the 5 minute plumbing cost should have been waived instead of the electric. I calculate I paid $60 extra for nothing!

2 installers. 1 prepped the unit outside & other did removal inside. Install finished. Showed how to operate unit. Cleaned up behind themselves. Hauled the old unit away. This unit is super quiet. Wife really enjoys it. Like putting socks on a Rooster.

BestBuy installers came out for a dishwasher. They came on time and ready to go. Disconnected and hauled away the old unit and hooked up the water and electrical for the new one. About 30-45 minutes total. They made sure it worked and left the place clean.

They did the job and were fairly clean. Everything was installed well and works. I wasn't totally impressed with their cable and tube management -- but overall good job.

The installation third-party company originally scheduled to deliver/install the unit, never showed up. However, Mr. Bone, the Flowood,MS, Assistant Manager, assumed the responsibility for the mishap and took the time to resolve the problem, doing it an excellent and highly professional way. He managed to reschedule the delivery/installation a few days later using a member of BB's Geek Squad. In fact, Mr. Bone and Mr. Joshua (BB's Geek Squad installer) are the reason for my five stars. Delivery and installation was without incident and the knowledgeable technician completed his work within the promised time. He used the final minutes of his visit to give us a few indications on how to use the dishwasher.

I was a bit concerned when the install team did not show up during the time frame. However, once they arrived, the install was completed efficiently and very quickly. The two brothers were personable and very well informed about how this dishwasher functions, which they explained very clearly. They did a great job, especially considering the 30-year old mineral deposits on the inlet valve.

Installation itself went smoothly - once it finally happened. There were SNAFUs all along the way with scheduling. The BB and the installer's systems did not work well together. The installer would confirm for the wrong location - where we live in 1 state - not where the item was going to be installed - in another state. This happened 3x. We finally got help from someone in corporate who was able to look and make the installation happen. BB did offer some incentive for all of the trouble. We really do like the dishwasher which is why we went through all of these challenges to get it installed.

Nice gentlemen, but since our prior dishwasher as hardwired into the wall, they were not prepared for the new one which uses a plug. Had to pay extra for this. Plus the cuplings they had did not fit so I had to go to a supply store to pick up new ones. Ended up working out, but a bit stresssful.

A few months ago, I purchased a new refrigerator from BestBuy and had an amazing delivery experience. I don't give praise on delivery/installation lightly because I've had some HORRIBLE experiences with delivery/installation with other stores. For example, I had purchased a washer/dryer from a big box home improvement store (starts with "L") and the delivery people left the appliances in the middle of my kitchen -- the room they were supposed to put them in was the next room over! They didn't even leave all of the parts needed for the appliances. Needless to say, I was worried about the next round of appliances. So, when the fridge came and was a perfect installation (including hooking up the water), I knew I would return. So, when I needed a dishwasher, I was sure to go back to BestBuy. Again, it was a perfect experience. He was in and out in under 1/2 hour, didn't leave a bit of mess or even a shred of plastic for me to clean up. I highly recommend the service!
